Think the issue here may be in the details, they "proclaimed" to be married, but a legal contract didn't exist, nor they were concubines. Yeah I fell you, I have 3 plates right now, but I got them all through online dating, I lost 4kg, and my lifting increased quite a bit but I'm still not under 20% bodyfat, slowly but steady I'm dressing better, I also joined a local indie rock band. I would say this is the moment of diminished returns, there is not much that you can do in the short term other than keep improving. This is the moment of thinking about results in terms of several months/years, not weeks/a couple of months.
