There's one topic I want to discuss here that I feel no one really focuses on, but the majority of us can relate to; a topic I feel is completely where I and I'm sure many of us stand right now. There's a section on Rollo's infamous SMV chart where men and women's SMV start becoming roughly equal. From the ages 25 to 35 in the chart (although this can really be 20 to 40 depending on the individual's lot in life) women begin their decline and by the end men are on their rise. We at TRP are very familiar with this age range because of the all changes that happen with women that can be summarized in two words: The Wall. Let's set aside what women go through for a second though. What do men go through? While the typical 29 year old single woman is putting "no hookups, only real relationships" on her Tinder profile, what is the SMV equivalent single male up to?

You're pretty happy with your progress. You're at 13% body fat, and your friends and cowokers already know you as the athletic-looking guy - but you're no male model. You've got a pretty good job and make a pretty good salary - but it's not six figures. You've got a place in a good location - but it's not the biggest and you've got a roommate. You've been getting interest from women, getting numbers, had a few plates, and go on dates - but you're not closing as much as you want/with the hottest women you want. Everything is going pretty well and you know you've made a lot of progress from your pre red-pill days - and yet you don't feel there yet. You're definitely not Beta - but would you describe yourself as Alpha? I like to call this the Uncanny Valley, where you feel like you're on your way to that top 20% but for one reason or another you don't feel quite at that level yet.

The real question is what do all of the intermediate TRPers stuck in the Uncanny Valley do to plow through it? Is there anything that men can do besides lift more, read more, make more, and game more? And for the more advanced among us, where was the point where you knew, without a doubt, that you were at the very least part of the top 20% - and wouldn't even hesitate to say, "damn I'm fucking Alpha"?
