I see nothing wrong with never buzzing. As long as you aren't combing over or trying to hide something you're fine, people can spot a comb over type style. Balding with grace and confidence is doable. I think acceptance alone goes a long way. I'm thinning/receding, not as thin as you but certainly going. I'll never buzz it because I've got a big head and it won't look right, I'm really not worried about it because I've accepted my fate. I'd recommend looking at pictures of guys (preferably celeb…

Related study in case anybody else thought this was strange and is hairline conscious. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19741313 After 7 days of creatine loading, or a further 14 days of creatine maintenance dose, serum T levels did not change. Never said they don't fuck, but if you think there aren't a significant number of women, especially in the 18-25 age bracket, on there for the confidence boost you're crazy. Imagine having an app where tons of girls are just trying to fuck you, even if you're a hideous cow. They shower you with compliments on your good looks anytime you swipe right. That's what women have with tinder.

Definitely lots of validation seeking. It makes the general TRP advice that texting as little as possible is preferred ring true. Might lose a few matches because you didn't chat them up, but you definitely didn't waste time given some average girl their hourly confidence boost.

I quoted what you implied. By saying socialism, as an insult, is a right wing invention you're implying Americans don't plainly dislike socialists, which history shows is actually why socialist is an insult here. The difference between Fox and the others is that sure Fox says "fair and balanced" they don't even try and act that way. They openly support right wing ideology, whereas CNN and MSNBC will never openly acknowledge that, but they will craft their stories with a left spin. I think that's…

by the right wing media I assume you're talking US. There's no right wing conspiracy, its Fox. And theyre very open about their bias. The CNN, MSNBC types are far wprse because they don't even hide it. americans dont generally think socialism is bad Nice meme. Most American politicians wouldn't dare call themselves socialist because most Americans don't support socialism. America has always had an individualist spirit. That's not going to change overnight.

Well I'm not talking hypotheticals, I'm saying legally, both of you being drunk doesn't help an alleged rapist. Example: "victim" claims they was too drunk to consent even if at the time they weren't, Johnny Cochran can't disprove that after the fact if some type of test wasn't done that night, it's a question of the victim's credibility at that point. If the "rapist" in defense says "well I was also blackout drunk" that doesn't change anything. Voluntary intoxication isn't a defense to rape, yo…

There's this thing called the law. You are required to give ID when pulled over driving. Remember, driving on public roads is a privilege not a right. She was refusing, first she's in a hurry because she needs to pee then she's stalling. She had no intention of complying with the law. Break law = get arrested. There is not even a decent argument that she didn't break the law.

Have fun proving it. I work in a plaintiff side law firm, cases of discrimination are easy to bring, but hard to win without something solid. First, rarely will someone sue over hiring practices. The damages aren't high enough. Firms won't take low money cases on contingency, it's just not worth it, and most people looking to sue can't afford 300+/hr. I've seen my firm reject many cases on that basis alone, not worth it. Second, usually in gender discrimination there's going to be comments made …

Exactly, the older guys here may not see it as much since their peers are older women, generally speaking. I think it has to do with younger women being brought up in what for all intents and purposes is an equal society, despite the recent articles regarding emojis being sexist, the HORROR. They have their male peers next to them to compare themselves to and don't see that great of a difference in what society allows them to do (what society expects of them is different, men get the shit end of…

To be fair Swedes are so bent on equality that it may have come full circle. The youngest generation of women might actually be looking for equality at this point rather than Equality™. There's no other explanation, if women have the right to choose, logically men should too if you think of it in terms of absolute equality (save for the whole baby inside them argument, choosing is choosing and men don't have that choice). Older feminists are the main shit stirrers in the media, considering the y…

Concealing their identity is already illegal, however you can't ban people from wearing a niqab based just on that. Recall that the post I replied to advocated for the banning of the niqab in all western countries. Laws that restrict religious freedom are subject to strict scrutiny by courts, meaning there must be a compelling state interest the law is trying to achieve and that law is necessary to achieve it. For example, concealing identity while driving a motor vehicle. A law which is necessa…

The studies I quoted state that we are sexually dimorphic, just not as much as some other species. For mammals we lie somewhere in the middle of the spectrum. Example; male gorillas are 100% heavier than females (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gorilla) while human males are only around 15% heavier than females on average (http://www.articleworld.org/index.php/Human_weight). Further, we aren't like species that have entirely different features like antlers on Cervids for example (with the except…

The OP might be doing full body every time, who knows, but that's why the generic advice about fitness people give here is way too cookie cutter for individuals. General rule of thumb: nobody should be taking fitness advice off TRP other than "start lifting." Go to the proper source for such information and do something that's goal oriented. I always see posts saying "lift x times a week" and it's utter shit for anybody who's past their first month of lifting.

Once you find a hobby it will happen. I hunt and fish, both generally require either an early morning Saturday or Sunday. I assume she meant as a stay at home trophy type wife? Because let's be real, if she had a great career of her own having a doctor spouse is nothing but a positive (except maybe your longer work hours). Maybe she said that to seem like she didn't care about that status, but she did grant herself girlfriend status. Women don't do things like that unconsciously.

People hold doors here too (NY) but the point is people will go out of the way* for a woman where they wouldn't for a man. There's definitely a city vs suburb/rural difference though. Usually women get treated differently (see the lesbian feminist woman who lived as a man for a year as an experiment. She said she felt worthless and ignored and was depressed rather quickly. Pushing myself forward isn't stressful. I know at the end of the day it's not the end of the world. I follow my diet and lifting programs, I try my best to push my career forward. Just because you might not become top dog doesn't mean you failed. TRP sometimes forgets there's a spectrum. You can contract for child support depending on the state you're in. My state allows for it, but it can be modified by a court if either parent files a motion to modify it and it's too far from the guidelines the state promulgates. However this is all based on the idea that without such a contract, you are free. You'd need every state legislature to repeal their child support laws which don't give a shit about the father's intent or knowledge of the mother's birth control situation (i.e. she lie…

Oddly enough here's another take: the OP is totally cool with it, but wants to know what others might think. If I want to fuck trannies I'm gonna do it, that's not red or blue pill. Asking others their opinion of your desires and acting accordingly is blue pill. Obviously any comment calling you a bigot for not wanting to have sex with a mentally ill man is stupid and should be disregarded. Your post history stinks of coming here and trolling. People who understand TRP don't just read the angry posters or the theory posts. They are informative, but there's a balance that must be struck, and further, individuals have their own style. If you don't want a committed relationship from a girl, and she decides she does, yes, you next her. It's only fair. Bench pressing, or any lift speaks to strength. Kickboxing is a skill, but if you have a man and woman of equal skill and weight the man should win because he will be stronger. But more to what you said, lower body strength men dominate too. Look up squat standards, the average man, with training, can hit 300, the average woman will not. You could probably bulk a little bit. I'm 5 9 and my FFM is about 170, I'm about 16% (DEXA tested a month ago and caliper test weekly, I'm cutting right now) at 200lbs. I couldn't weigh 140 unless you stripped every pound of essential fat and then 25 lbs of muscle. To be fair, I have a big frame and have been lifting on and off since 13 (23 now).

I think I see what's going on, you dislike the dread game he's applying, because let's face it, it is strategic. On the other hand, many people apply dread (what you call punishments) in the exact fashion without reading TRP. The only difference is TRP dread, as you say, is applied cool and calmly, versus betas and people in general lash out. Take this for what it is, you seem to dislike what he punishes you for because you're "trying your best". Either you arent trying your best (and you're usi…

Spot on. Crazy part about this post? I've been in an LDR for 3 MONTHS 3 months isn't even enough time to get a good grasp on the mental state of a girl if they're in the same town, let alone far away. Making such an assessment based on someone you don't even see regularly is utterly impossible.

If you're using 80/20 why would you push 80% of the population into 2/10 and below? Does it not make more sense to say the top 20% are 8/10+? Therefore making a 4/10 below average (5/10)?

This was always the most shocking things to me. If any ugly girl (or on one occasion that I know of, a guy) is flirting with me hard I take it as a compliment. High SMV women are truly disgusted with low SMV men. It's actually repulsive as a personality trait.

For one thing paying rent forever and not having anything to show for that rent you paid is a waste of money. At least when you pay a mortgage you're getting some value out of it. From a financial perspective, you were taught right.

Depends where you're from. Median household income where I live is right at 100k. Quite easy to get to a million in net worth over 20+ years especially if alot of that income goes towards a mortgage (and not something like rent that doesn't add to your net worth). Quite honestly if you're making 75k/year at say 30, you should be able to be worth over a million by 45 if you've been saving all along and didn't get crazy in debt. Like I said, depends where you're from.

The original doctrine came from when one spouse did provide for the household. Subsequently most states now have statutory laws rather than common law doctrine, which basically enshrined the old rules as codified laws. Change the legislature, change the laws. In actuality, his proven damages are probably only tuition lost and opportunity cost of whatever time he spent not in school. He won't get a butt load of cash for a constitutional harm, you have to prove damages (although juries can do whatever they want; this didn't go to a jury). Of course, socioeconomic variables account for most of the disparity. I'm getting at the point that stating the facts themselves is not racist. To say the facts are racist is very anti-intellectual, just as saying it's biological differences between races without any proven backing is anti-intellectual.

It's not more exciting, it's about the same. They fight, some are good some are bad. It's actually one of the only sports where watching women is interesting in my opinion, because it's got the same rules as the men. Penas fight last night was okay, not extremely noteworthy or interesting like a Rousey fight usually is. Ronda will ruin Pena if they eventually fight, she's not even on the same level.

I think some would say if there is a girl you are friends with that you don't fuck you are an orbiter. I disagree, if you don't validate her, don't do favors for her, if the only thing you do is be friends and whatever (and here's the kicker) AND THAT'S ALL YOU WANT OUT OF HER, then I think it's fine. Lots of guys don't even realize they want a girl and get jealous when she's flirting with a guy at the bar. I've seen it in my own guy friends, welcome to beta orbiter territory. I have a few good …

The line is Chad takes them to dinner at a shit diner, its romantic. Beta Billy takes them to the eiffel tower and it's cliche and lame. Chad takes her to the mall and buys her nothing, "it was sooo much fun!" Beta Billy buys her a bunch of clothes, "he was good at holding my shopping bags." The point is that the level of romance the dates has nothing to do with it. It's entirely dependent on the guy they went with.

Yea, if nothing exists or it's a special circumstance. Otherwise that's called "legislating from the bench," and judges are VERY wary of overstepping that boundary. Statutory rape cases aren't some new exciting field. There's statutes and tons of cases. Sure, the judge could, then he gets appealed and whatever that state calls their appellate division reverses since he didn't follow the statute and precedent.
/r/TheRedPill01/08/15 01:21 PM
1

Think of it this way, how does it look in your local newspaper, "JUDGE LET'S OFF KID FUCKER." Regardless of the facts, the media runs with things and people are self-interested... I understand they could decline to do it, but let's remember feminists do have some serious control. A public employee would get reamed, and state level judges are fire-able. All I'm saying is, I don't really think the judge or DA were that much to blame. I say don't stick your dick in crazy.
/r/TheRedPill01/08/15 02:17 AM
1

The max on statutory rape is almost always jail time; he has none. If a law is broken the DA is obligated to pursue it, and should he/she fail to they could lose their job.
/r/TheRedPill31/07/15 06:14 PM
3

Yea, if the law allows it. They need precedent or some type of rule that was broken to do so. In a case like the one here the DA's office probably didn't break any rules and just followed what's written in their criminal code. Judges have bosses too, and have to abide by rules unless you're appointed for life, which trial level state judges are not.
/r/TheRedPill31/07/15 06:12 PM
1

To be fair, some states allow for "mistake of fact" as a defense to statutory rape (i.e. if the girl flat out lies). If that state doesn't allow it the judge can't just say "fuck it, we're doing it live." I worked with a few judges as an intern and if even if they really felt bad for someone, if there's no case or statute allowing them to do something, they will not deviate. Judges don't make law, they apply it. The judge may be old fashioned, but his sentence doesn't make him a white knight.

Equal protection doctrine is developed through cases where courts interpret the words of the equal protection clause. Google-ing "equal protection" and copy and pasting words from the clause doesn't do anything, because then you are arguing how you think the courts should interpret it (which you have done by automatically assuming the courts will literally treat everything as equal; it's not nearly that simple). It's already been interpreted by courts for decades and generally they do not stray …

Not saying there isn't. Asking the court to find the draft of men only unconstitutional has nothing to do if some women could serve combat roles or if all women could serve some role. It has to do with whether men and women are similarly situated for military service, and the standard that applies will not find that men and women are similarly situated. Even if they are similarly situated, the court won't find that the government isn't acting within it's interests allowed under heightened scruti…

I'm not suggesting they aren't capable. I'm telling you that under equal protection doctrine, men and women aren't going to be considered similarly situated for military service and therefore claims of equal protection violations will not work. Even if they are considered similarly situated, there is no way a court would say that the government doesn't have a substantial interest in putting forth those most qualified for service (men, on average, being physically stronger).
/r/MensRights16/07/15 02:04 PM
1

Anyone who knows equal protection jurisprudence would easily see this won't work. Even if a male challenged it and had standing, gender is a quasi suspect class but in terms of military service it's beyond clear men and women are not similarly situated. Men are superior physically, that alone is a compelling state reason for not forcing women into the draft. Classifications based on gender receive intermediate scrutiny, and the current supreme court (or any in the next few decades) will not rule…

Many states have moved away from the definition of rape requiring penetration, therefore the woman could also be the rapist in that situation. I could imagine a prosecutor ignoring that case, however I've never heard of it happening. I'm sure a quick Google could reveal a case or two. "Our generation feel they should be rewarded for just for tidying their room or leaving the house, turning off the video games or going for a walk... Achievement unlocked - go back to sleep." That was deep. I notice many of my friends do not have hobbies, they don't really do anything. Even their careers (or lack thereof) are paltry and non-interesting. I think not being apart of that majority is what makes me better. Feelings and emotion rule them. They like to make excuses as to why they arent better or how its others fault that they arent better. That's a weakness as far as I'm concerned. My career is moving forward because I take ownership for my actions, and that whole victim mindset is truly apart of those people's future/current failures. You're in the minority but you're much better off.

Needless to say we had terrible sex in her girlfriends bed (not kidding), she'd never been fucked by a dude before. And that happened a few more times. Maybe some are full on lesbians but sexual orientation is a spectrum, there are alot of "lesbians" who would fuck the right guy.

You're entire reply illustrates my point. Manliness is taking ownership for what you've done, for what you've earned. You're jealous. Back breaking labor may be hard, but the guy with an MBA from Harvard still calls the shots. Maybe he had some hook ups from his frat, maybe daddy got him into the school. But guess what? He got farther in society than the laborer. You live in a world where we assume the landscaper works as hard as the CEO, but you have a fundamental misunderstanding of what high …

Then their granddad earned that money, or someone did. If someone happens to inherit money so what? You just sound jealous of what you don't have. You sign off on papers as a fat old man because your company sees you as worth the money they pay you, while the laborers are only worth what they sell their work for.

So those with a means to make money are supposed to just stop when they're "too rich" and becoming greedy? Because I know someone will pay 15$ for product why should I charge 10$? At what point is it greedy to earn more? When the man in the gutter thinks he deserves some? If people aren't legitimately stealing from others it just sounds like they're jealous.

I'm the king of throwing out false rape claims, but this is a rape by law (and if not in your jurisdiction will be soon enough). Rape by deception occurs when the nature of the sex is the lie (not the guys occupation or net worth, his feelings etc.). Calling women sluts or whores has nothing to do with rape. Might be mean or something but words do not make actions. Edit: Other men do not have dominion over other men. Its ridiculous to ask men to, while at the bar, make an assessment of whether a woman stumbling out a bar is safe. How do I know that guy isn't her boyfriend? Or her brother? She was great. She made it a point to ask my opinion on most issues; "the man's perspective" as she called it. She also never approached feminism like my generation does. She approached it truly from an egalitarian mindset which was refreshing to say the least (being on a college campus and all). I always recommend guys take her class; because not only do you understand some women's issues but you REALLY come to understand men's issues. The two do intersect, the men's issues are just usually ign…

But most CEOs are men!!!1!!11! As are 90% of the hobos. Its kind of like that IQ study, where women were more likely to have an average IQ while men had a greater dispersion (men had more of the top and bottom IQs). Im sure you all recall this; when the media was screaming "women are smarter!". Best part was that their inability to read the statistics spoke otherwise. TlDr - Men have some of the best, and most of the worst.

Well it depends. Men are more likely to enter professions that don't need college degrees, for one (construction, plumbing, etc) whilst women enter ones such as teaching or social work for example . These examples are often repeated. There are scholarly sources on it, you just haven't looked hard enough.

I've never heard of such horrid white knighting especially in high school. I've posted before about my experience taking women's studies during undergrad and being the only male in the room. At no point did I ever censor my ideas. Only two girls in the class ever had a problem with me; to top it off the professor wrote one of my law school recommendations. Everything is about delivery; I never raised my voice when being argued with, and I was very careful of always pointing out that I was after …

I made the mistake in my younger years of dating a "slut". I was young to the point where having 2 sexual partners was a lot for my high school. (Today I'm early 20s). Told myself I'd just bang and not get oneitis... Got oneitis, eventually got cheated on. Keep in mind, this was a "hookup whore", not even a true 30+ partner count whore. So pretty much don't catch feelings, easier said than done, but best of luck

The question you need to ask is "do I care about that number". Answer is: Fuck what anybody else thinks, its what you want. Now there are reasons that you shouldn't want that for yourself, but you already know those surely if you've read around this sub. So the question then becomes would you ignore the wisdom here and venture down a path you know you shouldn't anyway? That's for you to decide if the "juice is worth the squeeze". Depends where you're from. If youre in rural Tennessee maybe 100k is living large. Where I'm from you can't live here comfortably if you have under 150k household income. And I'm on the relatively less wealthy side of town. A single family home runs 600+, and the ones under 800k are unimpressive. And income/profession matters. If you're in a field that's highly respected you've gained SMV before even stepping into the room.

I'm a big fan of shameless. They tackle a lot of issues and I was surprised they took on daterape of a man. Being in my early 20s college is a recent memory, men most certainly can be raped. I was sexually assaulted myself. Granted I didn't really care and took it as a compliment, that doesn't mean others would, and had I done the same thing to her I'd probably be in jail. Its definitely an issue.

This isn't a perfect example but its a really good story that I think illustrates RP principles. I was at a college party and met a girl, she was nothing special. Making out with her, had it in the bag. Get back to her dorm room and kept stopping me at taking her underwear off. "I don't do that" "I don't know you enough". Foolish me fails the sbit test and leaves after some making out and cuddling (this is clearly pre RP). Next night same girl starts flirting. Tell her no, I'm not wasting my tim…

Make it worth their while (pay) and appealing in general. Men don't enter them because they choose not to. Quite literally if I decided to be a nurse I could have easily done it. Nothing stops a male nurse from existing, men just don't want to do it.

I was once at a party and someone brought up feminism. Half the girls in the room instantly vehemently denied being feminist, and went on to say they hate them. Truly shocked me; the radical feminist agenda is turning off so many millennial women. Granted its also picked up a ton to join its ranks.

In High School we were given surveys on our drug/alcohol use and sex habits. I routinely put that I have unprotected sex with men and women several times weekly, use heroin and cocaine and drank 5+ drinks daily. I found it funny to do, why? Couldn't tell you. And if some feminist garbage survey was put in front of me maybe I'd also put some ridiculous answer.

CALL HER OUT ON BS. Seems easy right? It is. She adds no value as you say, convey that notion but not caring "what time works for her". You're driving, she and all others are on your time. If they don't like it they can drive themselves or get a cab. Put your foot down or continue to be walked on.

I wouldn't even call it victim blaming. Does anybody think when the school district is being sued they wouldn't push the blame elsewhere/attempt to defend themselves? Those idiots expect them to say they had a part in it because "its the right thing to do". Bull. The school district doesn't want to pay up, they aren't victim blaming for any reason except to save themselves from a massive damage award. I won't even get into the whole male victim vs female victim

Be genuine. Give compliments when you feel like giving them with one caveat: err on the side of not giving them. Maybe because men logically are able to come to the conclusion without their friends cheering them on, "YOURE BETTER THAN HIM!" "YOU CAN DO BETTER!". Most of my self realizations came from me thinking. Not someone telling me something. Me, logically walking through my issues using reasoning.

It is very often said here a beta can't BE an alpha, but can act like one and can change some beta tendencies. However "holding frame" is by default putting an alpha frame up and suppressing beta tendencies. Natural alphas don't need to do this. The beta tendencies are there and I think its fair to say most men will not fully get rid of them but can successfully mitigate the detriment they can cause in social situations by holding frame. If we were to treat men and women the same (which they are…
