Physical escalation terrifies most guys and is the only thing that matters. You need to pull her in, and be comfortable with her right up against you. You need to feel comfortable kissing her. Go for kisses until it's second nature. Obviously it will feel uncomfortable at first but you need to try. It's actually impossible to have sex with a girl you haven't kissed or pulled close. There are no words to get her to take her pants off...you have to pull them off for her. I don't mean any of this i…

When are you asking for date two? You need to keep the conversation going. That means texting her that night, saying hi the next afternoon, and trying to make plans for a second date within a week of the first one. If you wait too long she will think you were just messing around, you have to keep the momentum up if you want it to be real. It sounds like your first date game is actually completely fine, it's just the follow-through that's lacking. All I really do is text "I had a really nice time…

So this will probably be the worst thing I'll ever post: I was completely sober for 8 years, and it is so much fucking easier to meet women when you drink. I prefer quiet one on one dates and hate loud bars. But so many damn women loosen up after one or two glasses of wine, relax and get talkative, and that's when you can connect. That same woman will refuse to drink if I don't. I will refrain from giving you advice, because telling 23 year old me to start drinking again would have killed me by …

Ummm...without sex it's not a real relationship in my experience.

Not at all important. I talk about friends but it rare that I introduce a woman to them. I do not use social media and do not talk about having accounts. The only thing that matters is connecting with her and escalating physically. Literally those are the only two things that matter. Also if you "don't really have friends" you still probably have people you're friendly with. That counts. Classmates and co-workers who you chat with ocasionally are still friends. Don't apply negative and self-defe…

I did see myself having a future with her, but she didn't see one with me. And that fact was enough for me to say "okay, I don't feel the same way, and I don't agree, but I can accept that." You can't force somebody to feel what they don't feel. It was new and exciting and I was falling in love with her, but ultimately I think she was right: we didn't have a future together. There are words to start a relationship, words to get her to bed, words to salvage a relationship thats on the brink, but …

Sometimes you just need to get your heart broken. I got dumped today. It didn't really hurt. The last time I got dumped, Ihonestly thought I wouldn't make it through, the pain was so deep. Maybe you have to feel that pain, and get over it, and keep going, so that you learn that it's really not so bad, thereare othef girls out there, and you'll get over it. Good luck.

I mean...if you're not in an exclusive relationship, aren't you going on a few dates a week with different women? Why is it relationship or nothing? Isn't the point of all this to develop the habits and mindsets to get laid with the type of women we want, and not settle for less than we know we deserve?

How to feel "whole" is probably too big a question to even address in a reddit response, but it does deserve a response so I'll try. For me, I needed to go to therapy and take it seriously. I needed to get to the core of my issues: depression, anxiety, sexual inadequacy, loneliness, absence of self worth, substance abuse. The heavy shit. Just lay it all out, and get help. There's something very powerful about being seen, about exposing all of my flaws and vulnerabilities, and chipping away at th…

Adding my two cents. It's really about feeling complete internally, with or without her, and being happy with who you are. Girls are fun, sex is fun, deep connections are rewarding. But at the end of the day, all of this is fleeting. I think it's important to have the proper perspective. She's just a girl. I know I have been crushed emotionally by women before, and until you have, it can be hard to have that core confidence that there is nothing a future woman can do to make me feel worse than I…

"Not giving a fuck" is something subtle. I think newbies think it's something aggressive, some set of words and actions you do to make the right impression. At the end of the day, you either care what she thinks of you, or you don't. You either need her to like you, or you don't. You either care what people think of you, or you don't. But it's a subtle thing. You should want people to like you, and do things to make sure they do, but you should not need people to like you. For me, being friendly…

Yea, if you're in an old tshirt and sweatpants, it's going to be tough to be taken seriously. It's not that hard to throw on a button-down, pants that fit, and a stylish pair of shoes. It's really not that more expensive to dress well as to dress badly. Ugly clothes cost the same as stylish ones. Same with shoes, those weird grey new balances everybody wears cost the same as a pair of shoes that aren't fucking sneakers.

That's why you spend so much time finding a girl who checks all of your boxes, and don't settle for less. There are some cool, smart women with great jobs, who are also very attractive. I don't have any interest in dating a hot, bitchy girl long-term (...again). It's not worth it. Personally, I need somebody as smart as me, who makes as much money as me, and is as attractive as me. It's what I deserve, and I won't settle for less. When I'm 50 and single maybe that less attractive girl becomes mo…

This 100%. We can't help who we're attracted to. It's cool that you tried, I think it's important to have that life experience to know what you want and what you don't. Especially if the girl checks all the other boxes. But at the end of the day, there needs to be sexual chemistry. When I'm lying next to a girl on the couch, I need to feel that sexual energy. It's not fair to either of you to try to force it if it's not there.

Yea I ran into this too. I friendzoned a few girls, then moved. Even though it was nearby, it was a process, and with work, shopping, getting the apartment prepped, dealing with the super, I really only had time for family, my real friends, and the girl I'm actually fucking. Would have been cool to keep some friends but they were beyond an afterthought once life got in the way.

lol it's definitely not me. I go after what I want, I'm not going to sit back and hope the girl guesses what I want. For most guys here, if they wait for the girl to approach, initiate the conversation, make it physical, and go for the first kiss, they will wait months or years before anything happens for them. Or, they can go out, approach girls, get numbers, set dates, and get laid this week. I know which one I choose.

Usually a girls version of "making a move" is laughing at jokes, touching his arm, looking at his eyes...basically things men can interprit as meaningless if they're not paying attention. Pretty much all of the bold decisions are going to be up to the guy to initiate. As for the girl: if she likes you, she'll let you. You find out what she'll let you do by trying. I used to wish it would be more reciprical, and that a girl who wanted to kiss me would actually initiate it. But it's rarely the cas…

The truth is, all of the above, even ghosting, usually just means you didn't show any intent, and didn't bother escalating. When I kiss a girl, she wants to see me again. When I don't kiss her, she doesn't want to see me again. It's really that simple. And if I didn't want to kiss her, that was my decision to make, and she's just saving face to avoid rejection by pre-empting a second date. This all gets really easy when you realize that girls are wimps, they're terrified of rejection, and will f…

I guess I'm weird like this, but I start indirect because I am screening the girl. I actually care what she does, where she's from, where she went to school, and what she studied. I also need to know how smart and funny she is, so I mess with her a bit, tease her, see if she can play along and make it fun, or if she's stuck up or boring. Once I like her as a person, I'm more inclined to just go direct and be blunt about what I want. Which is frankly, not a one-night-stand. It's not a wife either…

I think 3-7 days is usually about right. It's good that you're busy. When I was going on a ton of dates, I'd just say "I should be free Wednesday, want to grab a drink?" if she's busy, I'd just propose the next day I was free. Ideally it's like 3-4 days after the first day I was free, it shows that I have a lot going on and if she doesn't fit herself into my schedule it's not going to happen for her. If the date went well and she wants to see you again, showing that you have options and a full l…

You do what makes you happy. I'm monogamous. I keep the seduction mindset to not get trapped again. It's healthy to remind myself that I have the skills and confidence to get any woman I want, but when I find somebody I like I don't feel the need or desire to keep dating or sleeping with other girls. But that's just me. Many guys just want to fuck as many girls as possible, and unapologetically don't want a relationship. That's fine too.

Do you think the girl I'm with now cares when I lost my virginity? You don't even have to address it. It is completely, utterly irrelevant. The truth is, if a girl likes you, she doesn't want to talk about or think about the girls you have or have not had sex with. And if it comes up, you can literally say "I wasn't ready for it before. Now I am." Don't overthink this. It doesn't matter at all. Just go out there and get it over with.

Honestly, if you like the way she looks, just approach her. It doesn't have to be "first choice" and "second choice," you just go to bars to meet people, you happened to see the other girl first, went to say hi, she was rude so you moved right on and saw somebody else you wanted to meet. It's pretty easy to reframe it in your favor. You can reframe anything in your favor, it's a pretty good habit.

There is nothing tricky or manipulative about dressing and grooming better, getting fit, becoming a better conversationalist who's fun to be around, and being good in bed. That's what women actually want in a man. The "trick" for most guys is convincing themselves that they can and should do it and that they deserve the female attention it will bring them. This is exactly right. Well said. All the games I play at this point are playful. If I get her alone on a couch, my natural physical escalati…

You can definitely hook up with girls while living at home. I struggled with it personally, but that's in large part that I didn't want to invite a relative stranger into my parents' home without speaking with them about it first. It was not conducive to just going to bed after a date, because I didn't want to use my parents' home that way. It will depend on your relationship with your parents. As for an LTR, do you really want to commit to somebody now, when your entire life is in flux? I don't…

The reason you tell the guy "ask her out" is that he needs to have the courage to take action. Obviously the first time he will likely fail. If he's ever going to succeed, he needs to face that rejection and ask the next girl. Just like anything, there are levels to this shit. The true key is to strip back all the layers, and place total trust that you are enough and your instincts will not fail you. That true belief in yourself lets you say what you want, when you want, and own the outcome, goo…

I think at 21, it probably doesn't matter too much. But if you're 21 and living at home, are you really ready for a LTR? What's your plan for the next year? Do you have a job? Have you chosen a career? Are you planning to move out?

100% right. I think the key takeaway is this: if you feel like you're pretending, you still have work to do. The end goal is to have girls be attracted to you when you are 100% being yourself without even trying. But that took me what...12 years? And a lot of what cut away the try-hard bullshit was just...life. Getting fired. Falling in love. Getting married, getting divorced. Having my heart broken. Finding a career, finding happiness. If you feel like you have to pretend, you probably still do…

I agree. Guys have this mistaken notion that sex is something only guys want. And that if a girl is feeling grateful or generous, she will provide the gift of sex. But sex is really just the culmination of the physical connection between human beings. Girls find it gratifying and flattering to turn a guy on and see him overcome by desire. Obviously she doesn't want unwelcome advances. But after an hour of laughing and teasing and playful flirting, she wants you to kiss her. She wants you to pull…

Strong disagree, but I guess everybody has their own goals and own style. I get very tired of having emotional connections with girls I have no physical chemistry with. For me the emotional connection comes easily, so I'm more interested in finding out how she responds to my touch and my kiss. I also think most guys here would benefit from just ramping up the physicality and the sexuality. I'd rather get blown out going for sex then have my cute little friendship fizzle out due to boredom. How much og your "true self" did you sacrifice to be a better you? None. Have you discarded your true self entirely in favor of a persona that produces more success? No. It's actually fascinating. There's an old RSD trope of Identity Level Change that I think applies here. It's about building habits that get incorporated into who you are. Ultimately, it's about being who you are comfortable being, and doing the things you enjoy doing, and incorporating meeting women into that larger ecosystem of…

I find that it is not verbal. At all. It's how you touch her. How you look at her. I love when a girl is stylish and reserved, and presents well in public, but when we're together I get to see that animalistic side nobody else does. It's such a fuckin turnon for me. The girl catches that vibe and knows that what happens in the bedroom is only for us. But it's not something I say. It's how I kiss her, touch her. Fearlessly. I just let myself be shamelessly sexual and she knows she can do the same…

I 100% agree that solving the depression/anxiety/ self esteem issue is A1 priority. But it also sounds like he'd benefit from just practicing game. I don't think you have to go out 5 nights a week and approach 100 girls to get better, he just has to try, focus, and not chicken out when he wants to approach somebody.

"Aggressive" is a weird word for it. I'm not aggressive. I'm subtle, and patient. But I can and do escalate. I always make the first move, but I don't view that as aggressive at all. Assertive. Fearless. Confident. Walking up with no fear of rejection, kissing with no fear of rejection, taking off her dress with no fear of rejection, that's what she wants. But she wants a smart, decent guy to do those things. The problem is that the smart, decent guys are scared, and the assholes aren't. The fun…

Okay, you can have an actual conversation with him about this. If you have sex and have been best friends for that long, you are ready for an exclusive relationship. I'm sure he feels the same way. You could probably call him right now and tell him "I don't want anybody else, I want you, let's have a real relationship." The truth is, one of you will meet somebody, and it will change between you. You might as well give it an honest try while you're both single.

All the women in their late 20s and early 30 that I date support themselves. I fell in love with and supported a much younger woman (23) and it was such a disaster, I would never do that again. At this point in my life, if I am going to date a woman exclusively, she needs to earn at least $90k. To be honest, if a girl doesn't have a career (as opposed to a job), I'm not even interested. If she compliments your looks, she is not out of your league. There's mutual attraction. You should have already kissed her. Don't ask her out formally, just hang out one-on-one like normal, and fucking kiss her dude. You don't get your little logical relationship where you talk until sex, that's not how it works. I wrote this in a similar thread, hope it helps. Actual advice: A lot of it is confidence, a lot of it is looking good. Work on yourself, be the person you think guys want. It's what men have to do to get the girls they want, treat it the same. Go out clean, hair at least controlled (I don't think most guys mind a ponytail or messy-bun, it doesn't need to be perfect, just good.) Dress well, flatter yourself, have a bit of style. Get a bunch of phone numbers, text a bunch of girls. Set a bunch of dates. When you don't have time for all of the girls you're talking to and the dates you have/want to set, that's abundance. It doesn't take much, to be honest. For me, 4 girls at one time is too many, 2 or 3 is right, 1 is acceptable, 0 is not enough. When the number is 0, get back on the grind. As somebody who has been in a truly toxic relationship: if the woman you are with doesn't make you happy, leave her behind and go on your own path. Accomplishments and deservedness are different thjngs. They may have surface accollades, but at the core of their being, do they feel like they deserve them? Or do they feel like a fraud? I haven't done any of that mostly due to the fact that I've never had any opportunity to ever do so. Girls will not come out and tell you "hey you are attractive! ask me out! k thx ❤" You have to lead. So you are exactly average height and weight, you just have body dismorphia from when you used to be obese. You are no longer fat. You might have some skin stuff from losing half your body weight, that could be true. If it's really bad and really bothering you, plastic surgery is not an awful idea, only you can judge that. Try to have sex with her. She wants to be desired, she doesn't want to just casually flirt with a scared little boy.

The example I saw was in a fanfiction. It just so happened to talk about asking girl to spend your life together then later saying “fine fine, how about just a single date then?” This is a good line, and I'm stealing it. Bring playful is about having the confidence to look silly and foolish, to laugh it off, and to know that it doesn't matter, you'll take the conversation back to whwre you want it, you're in control. Laughing at yourself is very attractive, it shows that you are not easily offen…

You have to be the sex-worthy version of yourself to attract women. I'm masculine in that I am not at all afraid to escalate all the way to sex, and to let loose and be with her. I'm good at kissing, I'm good at foreplay, I can use my body to get her physically turned on. But I'm not super macho or any of that stereotypical alpha bullshit. I'm just me. I'm smart, funny, and confident. I think extremely highly of myself, and believe at the core of my being that I am a very attractive guy that wom…

What's wrong with dating apps? Also, guys in here are fucking naive. How does it surprise people that women can't just point at a guy and have sex with him? It's no wonder most of these guys aren't getting laid, they can't empathize with a woman at all. Actual advice: A lot of it is confidence, a lot of it is looking good. Work on yourself, be the person you think guys want. It's what men have to do to get the girls they want, treat it the same. Go out clean, hair at least controlled (I don't th…

Forgetting her name is it. Perhaps not as salvageable as I thought, unless you are willing to put in a good amount of effort to show that she is more than a "piece of meat" (relevant turn of phrase used by the Russian girl I am seeing, when I invited myself up to her apartment after our second date). Girls have this thing, where they want to feel like it "just happened" ...like it was fate, they were just caught up in the moment and hooking up was inevitable. You forgetting her name most likely …

I think this is salvageable. Have you connected with her on any emotional level, or is it purely physical and raw attraction, push-pull sort of thing? A lot of girls just want to feel a connection before they turn attraction into sex. Also, are you doing any foreplay? Making out, kissing her neck, touching her breasts, kissing her nipples? Eating her out? Where are you getting resistence? Or are you just expecting sex without getting her physically prepared for it? If I am kissing a girls nipple…

My experience is that if you like her, kiss her on the first date. If you kiss her on the first date and then have a second date, there will be natural sexual tension. It will set the expectation that you will always kiss, and that there is always the potential for more than just a kiss. It makes you real to her. If I don't kiss on the first date, I usually don't even remember her...why would I? Just another girl I didn't deem worthy.

Ehh, gym is fine, but weird. Work is an absolute no-go, the closest I've gotten is asking a girl out the day I left the job and then dating her afterwards. That way none of the gossip ever actually came back to bite me, because I had nothing to lose.
/r/seduction04/11/19 04:49 AM

This. I always start out kissing. Sometimes I think that I'd be happy just making out for half an hour, but we usually get really turned on and I accidentally start grabbing her breasts and then sucking her nipples...and then after that's it's just on... I don't think I've ever even had sex without sucking her nipples first. It turns me on, it turns her on. I've honestly had the thought that the only time I'm ever truly happy is when I'm eating a girl out.

To add to this: meeting and going on dates with a bunch of women is a rich social life. You can reference what you did on a date and just say "I did x with a friend the other day."

Sounds weird AF to be honest. I wouldn't think about her too much more. Gym can also be a weird place to meet somebody, a lot of people are there because they have goals, and she may just be treating you the same way she would if she was busy at work. You ever stopped to think that she was next to you because she picked that machine for her routine and you happened to be there? If you want to actually meet her, ask for her number, set up a date outside the gym, and talk to her.

'hey you seem like a great guy but Im just not ready to date anyone.' is better. only one girl has done this in the last few months, the rest Istopped texting, or they did. It's pretty rare for the girl to have the balls to actually communicate that, and I told her I honestly appreciated her telling me, and I did genuinely appreciate it. I think deep down most girls look in the mirror and only see their flaws. So telling a girl she's beautiful is meaningful, but only if it comes from the right place. That can't be the only thing you see in her, or your only observation. But 15 minutes into a conversation letting it slip that she's very pretty is fine. What, I'm going to pretend she's not? That doesn't mean she's better than me, far from it. She's just had a different type of life, easier in some ways, harder in others. It can't …

If you don't want to talk to people, don't expect to meet anybody new. People develop trust through conversation, that's how we operate. And honestly, I'm introverted too. Being in shape is not some magic bullet. An out of shape guy who is confident, can make a girl laugh, and knows how to escalate will blow out a male model with no personality and no confidence. And your problem is obviously confidence. Here's the thing about being a guy: very occassionally, a girl will approach you, and take the lead. But she will rarely if ever escalate. Do you want sex? For me, I'm constantly screening: do I want to have sex with her? Could I be in a relationship with her? Either way, the conversation is similar: I just want to enjoy myself. Sometimes that's a deep, serious conversation where I expose flaws and fears, sometimes I just tease relentlessly. Depends on my mood and her personality. Okay, here's the actual truth: there's only one way to get out of the friend zone. You don't have to be weird and flirty and play a bunch of games. You just have to kiss her. Once you do that, you're not just friends any more. Whatever happens after that, things will be different. And honestly, if you are already friends, you can just ask her to a one-on-one activity with you. Talk like normal, act like normal. Joke around, connect, the usual stuff. Then when the conversation lulls like it alway…

I guess my honest question is: if that's how you view yourself, why should a woman view you differently? Why should there be magical words that unlock a woman's pants for a guy who doesn't even believe he has a proper place in the world? Ultimately, you act the way you give yourself permission to act. When I thought of myself as a loser, I acted like one. But it's also a two-way street-> your habits can change your thoughts just like thoughts can change your actions. What could your life look li…

Careful telling a girl how you feel about her emotionally at first. Frankly, you shouldn't be feeling much about her. She's just a girl you barely know, one of thousands. Complimenting appearance is usually good, it really frames the interaction correctly. (I, as a human male, think you are an attractive female) And yes, ask her to do a thing with you. Get her number. Tell her when you want to do the thing. Then confirm a couple hours before. Then do the thing. Smile when you see her, hug her, k…

In cold-approach sales we had the 10/10/80 rule. 10% will be super nice, open, happy to talk. 80% will be somewhere between accepting and politely dismissive. And 10% just needed somebody to be horrible to today, and here you are, waltzing right up to them... You want to meet all of the good 10%, but there is legit no telling what the bad 10% will do or say, especially if you're unpolished. Eventually you just look at the bad 10% and know not to bother. Or get to the point where it's so casual t…

Ultimately, if you are going to really connect with somebody, it's likely to be somebody with a similar life circumstance. I think it's actually fair that women with professional careers judge your circumstance. But you know what? There are a ton of pretty girls in service industry jobs. They can pretend they deserve a professional with salary and benefits. They can say they want one, but do they truly deserve one? No. All respect to the minimum wage world, I was a guy with a degree in that worl…

You probably will. That's fine. Don't let yourself get down about it. Don't let it stop you from asking her out again. Or from approaching the next girl. Or fromasking her out. Or from gaining more and more confidence that you have earned frompushing yourself and having experiences and living your life. Just enjoy it. Laugh and have a good time and remember that one conversation with a girl is just...one conversation with a girl, one of many you will mhave in your life.

I'm not going to critique any of this. It's such an important step to just have these conversations. Keep it up. 🙂

I agree with much of this, and I'm not here to pick nits. I think there are a few people you should want to impress. But they have to earn the right for me to care what they think. If somebody is smart, and mature, and has high standards for themselves, I tend to think their opinion matters. My boss, for example, is an admirable human being, and because I think that, his opinion of me matters. I want him to view me the way I view myself, so I make sure he knows exactly the type of person that I …

What is your plan for getting a better career?Do you have the steps laid out in your brain? Have you gotten started on that path? Truthfully, anything but starting down the path that you know you need to take is a waste of energy at this point in your life. If you need to get a better career, focus on that. If you still make minimum wage 5 years from now, but somehow have figured out the words that make women go to bed with in spite of it, would you feel fulfilled, or still unfulfilled because d…

I mean, there's so many women out there, there's going to be one out there for everybody, within reason. But if you want a smart, successful, attractive woman, on average she'll want a smart, successful, attractive man, so it certainly helps to be one. Also, the great thing about being a guy, is that over the course of ten years I went from an insecure, asocial, depressed loser with no job and no prospects, to smart, good looking, well traveled, and with a good career. And some wild stories I wi…

3 is about all I can handle at any one time. I think more than one is healthy if you're not exclusive, but I tried 5 dates with 5 different women in 5 days a couple weeks back and it drained the hell out of me, there's no way I could keep that up.

Can I ask a question? Do you have male friends? Do you joke and laugh and have a good time? Do you have common interests? If the answers are yes, then just think about being that same person around more than just your male friends. And remember, it's just talking to girls. Some of them hit pretty hard, but you'll more than likely be fine 😂

Just keep going, keep living, keep going for it. Fall in love, get your heart broken, get over it. Social anxiety never quite goes away, it just changes forms. I just got out of an emotionally devastating, year long relationship. Now a date feels like the lowest stakes game in the world. Getting rejected trying for sex barely registers, I just asked her out again two days later... Just live your life, say what you want to say. Have fun. Be you. You got a girl to really like you for you. My best …

Realistically: are you trying to actually close, or are you just talking? The last time you got close to getting laid but didn't, what happened? Why didn't you? What could you have changed? In my case, we were making out in front of her apartment building. I started getting turned on, I pulled back, grinned, and said "want to head upstairs?" she said "don't be an asshole, get home safe" I smiled, said okay, and headed home. I like her, I'll see her again, no reason to burn it to the ground after…

So realistically, you do need hobbies outside of your house. People tend to like to leave and go places, even if just once or twice a week. Dinner, movies, parks, it doesn't have to be crazy, and it doesn't have to be bars. But it has to be somewhere. I have a date this weekend playing tennis. I'm kind of weird in that I like different things and really enjoy doing what somebody else likes to do. I sort of dip into somebody else's interest, try it out for a bit, settle back into my routine, and …

I think it depends on age and location. Tinder has never worked for me. Most of my dates are Hinge at this point.

Honestly, I just meet women online. But also consider your lifestyle. Eating out is a nice date. It's cliche, but just find a place in your budget with good food and invite a woman to go with you. It's a socially accepted first date, it's normal for a guy to ask a girl to dinner. Parks are great, tennis is great, if you like a sport like that. Museums are great. Really, just get six very good pictures of yourself and make a profile. Seem interesting, traveled, handsome... I dunno, I was a virgin…

It's a delicate issue. Really, you just want to know that at any moment of the day, no matter where you are, you can start a conversation. Your knowledge of social hierarchy can also help. I think that in a tight knit community, low key game and core confidence are key, and trump the higher energy routine based stuff. It's really just establishing yourself as a fun, outgoing, sexual guy, without going over the top or trying too hard.
