Gonna answer this one, hope you don't mind. "Toning" is a matter of having low enough body fat to see the muscles you have, so obviously you need 1) muscles and 2) low body fat. If you're skinnyfat, the first step is generally to lose fat, then bulk, then cut to get "toned." You'll probably gain fat when bulking anyway unless you're absolutely disciplined about it so it's up to you, could just go straight to bulking then cutting. The problem with this attitude is that you won't see any change. We can live differently, virtuously, nobly but none of that has a significant effect on those around us. Maybe we'll form a small group of like-minded friends; what then? Any "change" will die out within a generation, and the majority continues to degenerate.

That's the thing. Even if everything they write is true, why would someone who's aware of "red pill truths" want anything to do with women, let alone dedicate a life of supposed self-improvement towards that end goal?
