For you and your ex to move on, you need to put some distance between from each other. You basically need to stop doing stuff together. Taking care of your kid while she works and doing odd stuff around the house is ok. But don't eat together unless it's a birthday or holiday and especially don't sleep together.

The two women were not being racist they were being partisan. So one thing the news isn't showing is people who were sick for weeks. Personally my kids were sick for 2 days and my wife was sick for 2 weeks and lost 15lbs . I have chronic diseases and asthma and was pretty much asymptomatic. A friend was hospitalized for a week and is now on blood thinners for next 6 months. I would suck it up and move back in unless your in recovery. Alternatively wear a mask around your parents and stay away from them and stay at your exes when you have custody.
