I chase 8 and above, but anyways....hmm, if you have experience enough, when is the time, I am "ready" again? When I look forward to it? Because right now, I feel kinda pressure thinking about dating...

Well, currently I am in exam phase, so kinda hard to move somewhere else, haha. I thought about 2-3 months.

Go to some event and ask him, if he wants to join you. If you prefer to be indirect just say "I go to xyz, btw it's at xyz time, if you want to join"

Tbh, I am not searching to settle down, just trying to improve my game and communication. As mentioned, I run into desinterest after initial high interest often and am wondering what happens.

Actually no, I am more experienced than that, but get into the same situations over and over again, where initial high interest fades out. Also: what plan of action do you recommend?

What?

True, but it feels so awkward. Doesn't it feel like an elephant in the room to you doing it?

I mean he mentioned he does approach irl. That's not his problem, is it?

give out compliments to strangers. Hold a conversation for 1 minute. Wish them a good day and go your way. This really helps with approaching random people and could easily turn into flirting with people you want to later.

Honestly, just give it a shot. Tell her "Hey, why don't we grab a coffee sometime (or any activity)...but as a date" with a smirk. Be upfront, but don't confess or anything, just straightforward suggest a DATE and say the word, otherwise she might interpret it as a friends activity. If she doesn't accept, it's ok. Cut her off, respect yourself, spare yourself pain.

how did you learn the talking on an emotional and physical level then?

If you have practised and somewhat mastered the skill of approaching, do you believe it is still necessary to do it every day, even if you get tired of it?

Hey, first of all good job! Great that you could overcome your initial resistance and now have a blueprint how to do it the next times. As for what to do now: Don't overthink it, you already implanted the idea of a date into the conversation, now just write "Hey it's ... Any plans on Friday?" or depending on what kind of meetup you suggested in the convo you say "So I wanted to check out xyz coffeeplace. Friday works for you?" and go from there. Also you don't need to wait for 3 days to text her…

have you done coaching?

You already got a good answer, you can do an instant date. But if she's not avaible right then, you can either go "You know what, you have a cool vibe....wanna go for coffee sometime?" or just plain "Do you like coffee... *smirk* let's grab one sometime then". You can watch tons of this in action from tristansocial on instagram, I don't like everything he does, but you can use it as blueprint

Thanks man! But I am sure how to interpret the "I was polite" thing, sounds kinda like a rejection a bit

Is that to say, getting them to laugh, being somewhat romantic on a first date is a bad idea?

Sure, it's difficult, that is, why this subreddit exists.

All a question of vibe I guess. And sure, not everyone will receive your approach positively, just like not every single girl out there will receive your approach positively.

Sure, but sometimes someone you find attractive might be in a group setting🤷‍♂️

Cool, appreciate the answer man! What about bigger groups? I once heard the opener "Hey guys, is any of you handsome men coupled up with this beautiful person here?" or sth along that line.... And yes, the nerves, haha, seems more like a potentially awkward setting than an all girl group to me. Any mindset tips?

And she will hinder you from getting it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
