Some of the women I have been with at various times have commented on my “Tom Catting” as it were and decided that it is because I am not a religious man, although they know nothing of my religious views, they assume that I am an atheist. (Promiscuous = atheist. I find this laughable).
They state that if I attended church regularly I would have a moral code, I would not hurt them. That I would be a good boy.
Note, however, that these good christian women have slept with me, and have in fact engaged in sex outside of marriage, not to mention some of the sexual acts they have engaged in.
Yet they see no irony.
Some of them have been married and have slept with me.
Yet they see no irony.
Many of them are divorced.
Yet they see no irony.
They believe that a good christian man should be faithful, virginal, subservient, kind, generous and have a moral code.
Yet they see no reason to follow any of the moral rules themselves.
And they feel no twinge of irony.
They see no reason to follow the rules that a man should.
If there are those among us that think women in our current culture are better if they are religious: You are mistaken. Most people, 95%+ see themselves as religious. Almost all people see themselves as “good.”
If you think any group of women, because of their culture, race, religion, creed whatever, is somehow different. Is somehow less morally bankrupt than any other group of women, you are mistaken.
You are suffering from a brand of pedestalism.
And people wonder why I think Christianity is dead. The body just hasn’t cooled yet.
Men are set up by the church and culture to be used, to be suckers, to be patsies.
Our culture expects things from men, yet all it wants to do is take without expecting anything from women.
