Recent comments got me thinking of that all pervasive manipulation by women: lipstick.
Let us first consider the lips. First fact about lips: Other primates don’t have them. Nada, Zippo, Zilch. (as an aside, if you start thinking about the differences between humans and other primates, it tells you quite a bit about us as a species).
Why is that?
Second, notice that some people have bigger lips in general than other groups of people, usually dependent on the darkness of their skin. That tells you something more about lips.
Lets start with the primates.
Only one primate spends all its time walking upright: humans.
What does walking upright do? It hides the genitals, which in other primates are displayed all the time. On human females they are not displayed while walking (even in the time before clothing).
So what are lips, really?
They are a genital display.
They are meant to arouse.
The fact that lighter people tend to have thinner lips and people with darker coloration tend to have bigger lips supports this. The darker skin hides the display somewhat.
What color do women use or their lips: red. The could just as easily color them green, blue, purple, black, yellow.
They do not.
What color does the genitals turn when engorged, aroused? They flush pink/red.
Lipstick makes lips look bigger and colors them red.
When women put on lipstick they are, consciously or not, making their lips an even stronger sex signal.
Lipstick is sexual manipulation a its finest and simplest. It is so common no one thinks about it, but the hindbrain reacts to it.
All those women at work, that scream sexual harassment are running around with a sexual display they’ve enhanced. All those feminists talking about objectification, are doing just that when they apply the lipstick.
