I thought it might be fun to share a few comments that illustrate the reaction of feminists to this site:

HAHAHHAHAHAHA OH SWEETIE

I’m not sure whether to think you’re a closet case or a virgin who’s only ever touched his mommy’s boobs.

*pets* I hear they make really good sex-dolls nowadays, maybe look into it?

I’m gonna go watch some Star Trek TOS now, you know the show written by Dorothy Fontana?

Have a fail-tastic day, honey!

-Versy

Notice shaming language and teenage channer rhetoric. I hope this troll stays underground with her Star Trek during daylight hours.

No I don’t think I will try again. I rather like the word micopenis. Micropenis, micropenis, micropenis. Or wait, is it disfigured? Because I’m not sure I feel morally in the right to try to tease someone with a handicap.

-Versy

Same troll, apparently still excited by genital imagery.

I hope you realize that this article has made sure that you will never get laid again.

Also, Ada Lovelace and Marie Curie are laughing at you.

-Jen

More sexual shaming language (what is this, middle school?). She also thinks she can win the argument by throwing out two names.

I don’t normally read this website so maybe someone here can help me out–is the author of this article normally a reactionary douchebag or is this just a parody of emasculated fanboys?

-Tim

Feminist mangina. Also a trekkie, I’m sure. I never knew there was such a status hierarchy amongst scifi fans.

First fully realized science fiction novel: Mary Shelly’s Frankenstein.

Your premise is as invalid as it is insulting, ignorant, and all-around laughable. Enjoy having to pay for sex for most of your life.

-Annoyed

This is the most typical troll response (as illustrated previously by “Jen”). Throw out one or two facts out of context and then use sexual shaming language.

Someone’s got a lot of time on their hands… I’m not sure that I’ve ever seen recipe spamming before.

“It is truly remarkable how much time is wasted on education and how little kids learn as a result.”

Obviously! that’s why we have little fuckheads like you running around with absolutely NO FUCKING IDEA!!!!

BTW I love your blog!

That’s because you’re a sycophant homo tuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurd!

-Brenda

At least she got one big word in there.

And finally:

This is so, incredibly, pathetic.

-Sarah

But nevertheless, worth the responses of dozens of little femgeeks.

So there you go. This is but a sampling of the trollery we have attracted, and seems to indicate that our primary foes in the gender wars are insecure, female nerds who know they live in a house of cards. When you see these types at work or out on the street, remember these posts, and evaluate them accordingly.
