I was doing my daily blog browsing when I noticed an interesting post over at fellow Spearhead contributor Ferdinand Bardamu’s site, In Mala Fide. He was basically cross-posting an idea that regular Spearhead commenter TFH (author of The Misandry Bubble) just came up with, which is simple and effective. The idea? Target high traffic urinals (for example: at sports stadiums, big hotels that sponsor conferences, large universities, and so on) and plaster up flyers with links to sites that expose misandry.

This is a fantastic idea and it would be very easy to do. However, I think we could go one step better. Right now, there are plenty of sites with a lot of great articles and content. Sometimes, however, controversial pieces get posted or the site might be written in a rather provocative style. As TFH points out, if you’re targeting men who may have never heard of the “manosphere” before, Roissy might not be the first place you want to point them to. With this in mind, I suggest that we, as a community, get together and compile a list of content to either throw up quickly on a new domain or discuss on that same domain (in the case where we can’t get the permission of the original article to include it in full) for the purposes of this URLs @ Urinals campaign. To get the ball rolling, I’ve included a brief collection of some of my favorite links:

This list is obviously incomplete, but it’s meant to get the discussion rolling. Preference, I would think, would be to articles written in a more academic/professional tone which are well-researched and cited. Hopefully after about a week we can collect some more links and build out a site. We could expand the scope to include every relevant topic – family courts, divorce courts, women in the military, domestic violence, education (or the public credentialing institution) and so on. I (or someone else) could easily have a WordPress site or something like that built out next week, after some discussion. That way, we can have a more standardized “URL @ Urinals” flyer. This is pretty easy activism, for anybody looking to do a little more than bang away at a keyboard!
