History
I’ve always had the conviction that my testimony, my life experiences, and the things I’ve learned are valuable to other men, and that it’s important for me to share these things for the benefit of others.
My work as a Blogger began on March 7, 2008. My original purpose for blogging was to distribute teaching materials (for a Sunday school class I was teaching at that time) in an easily accessible and shareable format, and to foment discussion. The general appeal, and the quality that made my teachings popular, was its focus on applying the scriptures to the metaphysical incongruences of human nature through an ontological lens that would now be called a Mystical or Romantic Christian approach.
I took the Red Pill in early 2017, and found a renewed purpose in blogging. So on September 27, 2017, I transferred the best of my blog writings from Blogger to WordPress, and began concentrating on Red Pill topics. I received more views on WordPress in the first two months than I had on Blogger in the previous 8 years. Since then, posts have grown more frequent and more regular.
Early writings (2009-2018) were sporadic epiphanies focusing on the incongruences of human nature. There was a brief transitional period in 2018 and another in 2024 that could be described as a meta-discussion of the Manosphere / Red Pill (which may be of great value to interested web historians). Tri-weekly posting along monthly themes began in January 2020. Other noteworthy voices in the CRP soon joined the authors’ panel. Shortly after Dalrock retired from blogging in January 2020, long-time CRP readers nominated the Σ Frame blog as Dalrock’s successor. In 2021, the Σ Frame blog was one of the most popular blogs in the Christian Manosphere, as most of the others had stopped or slowed down posting. This popularity continued through 2022 and 2023, and waned in 2024.
Goals and Purposes
The authors of Σ Frame aim to provide clarity about what it means to be a Christian Man in the 21st century, and how Christian masculinity is to be demonstrated in an era of shifting sands. As this blog has matured, the overriding focus has targeted “Rebuilding Christian Masculinity”, with an emphasis on agency, Christian virtues, Headship Authority, maturity, Patriarchy, and spiritual discernment, among others. One thing that has made Σ Frame a staple of the CRP is our emphasis on Biblical and philosophical purity, informed by the prophetic, and juxtaposed with the noetic sense, thereby sifting out truth from various Blue Pill and Red Pill concepts, and determining how these are to be properly applied to Christian Men’s lives. Many of the terms and ideas originating from the Σ Frame blog have spread throughout the Manosphere and have gone mainstream, with a lag time ranging from 2 weeks to 2 years. A large number of men have stated that reading Σ Frame has changed their lives for the better and/or has given them hope in an age of apostasy when masculinity has come under increasing attack from both the church and secular culture.
More about my goals and purposes in blogging are summed up in my About page.
Authors
Even in this age of apostasy and tribulation, God continues working throughout the lives of many men as well as my own. It is for this reason that I’ve had a habit to pray frequently about the purpose of this blog, what I should write about, and what men need to read and know.
Recognizing the need for multiple perspectives, checks, and balances, I’ve also prayed for other men to join me in blogging at Σ Frame. Over the years, there have been regular contributions from around a couple dozen authors, with a few of them joining the authors’ panel. Most of these authors have come and gone over the years as the times and seasons of life have changed, but a few remain with us still.
In summary, the authors for 2024 included…
- Jack (175 posts)
- Oscar (12 posts)
- Red Pill Apostle (6 posts)
- Anonymous Contributor (4 posts)
- Thedeti (4 posts)
- Lexet (2 posts)
- Alexei Karamazov (1 post)
- Arch Angel (1 post)
- DocLove (1 post)
- 1 reblogged post from Andrew Torba @Gab
In addition, Jack wrote 1 post at Spawny’s Space this year.
We are truly grateful to all these who have invested their thoughts, time, and energy to produce these posts, and to all the readers who have contributed their insights to the discussions at Σ Frame.

Total number of viewing countries / principalities: 134 (-10.7%)
Taiwan, Switzerland, and the Netherlands displaced Germany, the European Union, and Italy this year.
Subscribers
Total number of Subscribers: 246 (+4.8%)
In the past, several readers have reported that they were unknowingly removed from following and had to subscribe again. I have also found discrepancies between the number of subscribers in my previous reports and the number joining as reported by WordPress. Interestingly, WordPress no longer yields information on the number of new subscribers and the number of subscribers by email. I believe the reason for omitting these statistics is to cover up the details of these discrepancies. But why?
The Most Prolific Commentators
Although the total number of comments has decreased from last year, all of the most active commentators wrote more comments in 2024 than in 2023. Commentator Bardelys the Magnificent pushed Dead Bedroom Dating off the list this year.
- Oscar: 3.7K (+27.5%)
- Thedeti: 3.1K (+14.8%)
- Jack: 2.7K (+22.7%)
- Info: 1.6K (+33.3%)

Site Changes in 2024
Appearance
The banner image displays a collection of old playing cards, all Jack of diamonds. These images are changed every season (4 images, 4 times a year).
Categories
Categories remain the same as last year. Some older posts had their categorizations updated.
New Pages
This year I added 2 new pages located in a drop-down menu in the Header.
- Σ Frame: Christian Headship Authority (2024/1/10)
- Σ Frame: Manosphere / Red Pill Links (2024/12/21)
Also, the page Finding a Good Church? (2023/9/29) was updated.
Sidebar
On 2024/10/6, I added the Radix Fidem logo to the sidebar. When this action was done, the long list of Manosphere links disappeared for some unknown reason and I could not figure out how to restore it. So these links were placed into a separate new page (listed above).

Projects
There are four long running projects that have become a regular staple on Σ Frame. These continued to be developed in many posts.
- Archetypes, especially Headship and the Christ : Church :: Husband : Wife analogy.
- Courtship Models
- Discipline in Marriage
- Masculine Authority and Dominion
Themes
The writing projects in 2024 were arranged in monthly themes, as has been done since 2020. The themes for 2024 were as follows.
- January — The Laws of Boundaries
- February — Culture
- March-July — Problems with the Red Pill*
- August — Community
- September — Sociosexual Transactions
- October — Gunk
- November — Virtue
- December — Virtue in Relationships**
January, March, and May were the most popular months / themes.
Readers can go to the sidebar and find “Posts by Month” to read up on anything you’re particularly interested in.
* The in-depth analysis of the Red Pill proved to be much more intricate and extensive than I expected, lasting 5 months. It was found that most of the more significant problems are not so much due to errors or inadequacies of the theories and models in Red Pill lore, but due to men themselves having vastly different and conflicting perspectives of these theories and models. Some (younger?) men (e.g. Arch Angel) are actively rejecting and/or trying to dismantle certain Red Pill models (i.e. Rollo’s evo-psyche contributions), while other men get hot about and/or refuse to engage in any criticism of their pet models (i.e. Vox’s Socio-Sexual Hierarchy). Other schisms arose about how Red Pill knowledge is to be interpreted and implemented. Readers’ interest in this topic was very high in March and May, but as I continued to dissect these different perspectives, many readers disagreed and/or were offended and then disappeared. Read more here.
** I received many contributed essays on the topic of virtue, so I extended this theme into December with a slight variation of perspective.

* Some figures are reported differently between the WordPress dashboard and the mobile app. Neither do these figures match manual calculations. Not sure why. Best estimates are shown.

The 2023 report showed a remarkable turnover from the previous year. This year shows another drastic reordering. Relationships was previously number 1, dropped to number 9 in 2023, and rebounded to number 3 in 2024. Counterfeit / False Paradigms and Discerning Lies and Deception dropped off the top 10.

The yearly shifts in these categories indicate the following.
- In 2020, men were still focused on game strategies, relationships, and vetting.
- In 2021, men were backing away from the tortuous SMP and were placing more attention on improving themselves.
- In 2022, men were gaining a more thorough understanding of themselves, trying to piece themselves together and salvage what they could from their relationships.
- In 2023, men were focusing on honing their discernment of the reality on the ground and developing wisdom by sifting through the truth.
- In 2024, men were intent on holding themselves together and salvaging what they could out of life.

(This same post also appeared in the top 10 for 2024 and is second on the list below.) However, it is the first time that 3 older posts were in the top 10.

Top Search Engine Terms Leading to Σ Frame
Between 2017 and 2021, the majority of search terms included some variant of “sigma male”, “sigmaframe”, “sigma frame blog”, etc. (of course), and the words, “wife”, “discipline”, and especially some variant of “jealous”.
In 2022, the frequency of “sigma” terms decreased significantly, while “wife”, “discipline”, and “marriage” completely disappeared and were replaced by “IOI” and “MGTOW”. Interestingly, MGTOW did not appear again in 2023. (Apparently the MGTOW moniker faded out of common usage, even while the movement continued to grow stronger than ever.) In 2023, there were a large number of p0rn related search terms. Since I do not post this type of content and vulgar words are c0rnw@llәd, I took this to be an act of God that some men are searching for p0rn and are finding the Σ Frame blog instead.
In 2024, readers found Σ Frame by searching for…
- “amateur sexy eyes” — The top search term by far. WTH?
- …a large number of profane or p0rn0graphic search terms (as usual), but this year there also appeared a much larger number of relatively softer feminine descriptors that were NOT explicitly p0rnographic. For example, these included terms like “amateur”, “cheerleader”, “college girls”, “dreamgirls”, “escort”, “jailbait”, “lingerie”, “models”, “thong”, “virginity”, “wild girls”, etc.
- Terms specific to the Manosphere / Red Pill, e.g. “Alpha widow”, “Beta males”, “Dalrock”, “Kyojiro Kagenuma”, “Red Pill”, “Rollo Tomassi”, “sexual agency”, “tingly respect”, etc. (This is a new trend.)
- Titles of specific posts.
- There were 3 search terms in Russian, down from 11 in 2023.
- 1 search term in Turkish.
Interestingly, the term “sigma” or some variant was almost completely absent (only one hit).
Judging by the titles (number 4), the most searched for posts include these, in this order.
- Are you a man or a mushroom? (2020/8/17)
- Red Pill Redemption (2022/9/5)
- Rollo Tomassi on Female Agency (2022/11/4)
- Wayne Grudem’s Study of the Greek Word kephalē, “Head” (2023/4/19)

The Top 5 Incoming Referrers from Social Media, Search Engines, Aggregators, and Readers in 2024
The once immense popularity of Google continues to fade away, and is being replaced by a plethora of other search engines, most notably Microsoft’s Bing, and Yandex, a Russian search engine that is devoid of W0kery.
- Google Search: 9,610 (-24.7%)
- SynLogos (Based Aggregator): 3,967 (-15.5%)
- Bing: 1,315 (+73.7%)
- Yandex: 1,010

For the first time, Bing and Yandex surpass the WordPress Reader! Heh.
The Top 10 Incoming Referrers in 2024 (Other than Search Engines and Readers)
Compared to the previous year, Spawny’s Space, To Reclaim Normality, Okrahead, and Dalrock have been superseded by Jim’s Blog, Sigma Game, newcomer Omega’s Journey, and Catacomb Resident, who returns to the list after a 1 year hiatus. Figures in parentheses indicate the change from the previous year.
- Pushing Rubber Downhill (Adam Piggott): 893 (+9.3%)
- Christianity and Masculinity (Deep Strength): 801 (-62.1%)
- Derek L. Ramsey: 700 (+62.0%)
- Laughing at Feminism (Sharkly): 169 (-33.5%)
- Gunner Q2 / Gunner Q3: 99 (+17.9%)
- Omega’s Journey: 86
- Jim’s Blog: 69
- Catacomb Resident: 63
- Cane Caldo: 57 (+18.8%)
- Sigma Game: 46
For a time during 2024, Derek L. Ramsey was the #1 referrer, up from his usual place of #3! A slow down over at C&M has allowed long-time regular referrer Adam Piggott to take first place. Σ Frame continues to receive referrals from Cane Caldo, even though he stopped posting 4 years ago. Dalrock finally dropped off the list this year, due to his blog going private.
The Top 10 Blogs Receiving the Most Traffic from Σ Frame
Outclicks continue to decrease precipitously. Compared to the previous years’ top 10 list, there has been a considerable reordering. Adam Piggott, Wintery Knight, and Vox Day all return to the list after a 1 year reprieve, while Patriactionary makes the list for the first time. Meanwhile, Hawaiian Libertarian, The Transformed Wife, Cornerstone, and Biblical Gender Roles have been ousted from the top 10.
Figures in parentheses indicate the change from the previous year.
- Spawny’s Space: 1,292 (-33.8%)
- Pushing Rubber Downhill (Adam Piggott): 1,056 (+72.8%)
- Christianity and Masculinity (Deep Strength): 944 (-23.5%)

- The Other McCain: 452 (-56.8%)

Last year, we saw readers clicking on Manosphere sites long shuttered, rather than some of the few remaining Based / Christian Manosphere / Red Pill blogs that continued to post on a regular basis. This year, readers are clicking on ye olde faithful Manosphere bloggers.
Of note, Christianity and Masculinity, Dalrock and Gunner Q continue to be standard reading for Classic Christian Manosphere content, with C&M staying strong despite his infrequent posting as of late, Dalrock rising up the list from 7th place last year, and The GQ staying in 6th place. I’m not sure what it was with Adam Piggott that would cause Σ Frame readers to avoid him for 1 year, but he’s back in the limelight as usual.
