How Microchimerism is Acquired

Microchimerism is the presence of cells and/or DNA from one individual in another genetically distinct individual.

Many studies agree that the sources of microchimerism (Mc) include…

  • Pregnancies
  • Organ transplants
  • Blood transfusions
  • A male twin, either live or ‘vanished’.
  • Abortion, including induced, spontaneous, or ‘unrecognized’ (???).
  • An older brother’s DNA transferred by the maternal circulation during gestation.
  • Sexual intercourse, i.e. semen.

During pregnancy, genetic material and cells are bi-directionally exchanged between the fetus and mother, resulting in a persisting presence of the foreign cells and/or DNA in the recipient.

In women without sons, male DNA can also be acquired from an abortion or a miscarriage. In addition to prior pregnancies, male Mc could be acquired by a female from a recognized or vanished male twin, an older male sibling, or through non-irradiated blood transfusion.

It is believed that DNA and other cells can cross the human blood-brain barrier (BBB) and reside in the brain. Changes in BBB permeability occur during pregnancy and may therefore provide a unique opportunity for the establishment of Mc in the brain. One study by Chan et al. [1] detected male DNA in female brains.  63% (37 of 59) of the females tested harbored male microchimerism in multiple regions of the brain.

Findings vary, but in general, foreign DNA in the brain is significantly greater among women with neurological diseases, leading to the hypotheses that Mc is correlated with neurological degeneration, psychiatric disorders [2], and autoimmune disorders [3].

In addition to the brain, Mc appears to persist in the blood, bone, and bone marrow for decades, and is present among different hematopoietic lineages. Moreover, Mc appears to integrate and generate specific cell types in tissues.

Microchimerism in Childless Women

Yan, et al. [4] reported finding microchimerism in females who never had children, leading to the hypothesis that semen is the source of the foreign DNA.
In this study, women were categorized into 4 groups according to their pregnancy history.

  • Group A had only daughters (n = 26).  8% had Mc.
  • Group B had spontaneous abortions (n = 23).  22% had Mc.
  • Group C had induced abortions (n = 23).  57% had Mc.
  • Group D were nulligravid (n = 48).  10% had Mc.

Note that the prevalence of male microchimerism is significantly greater among women who have elected to have an abortion.  It is unknown whether this originates from the vacated fetuses or from the gene pools of sperm swilling in their systems.

Conclusions

Reading between the lines, applying some Red Pill theory, and extrapolating outward…

  • Women who elect to have abortions are more likely to have multiple partners.
  • Sexual promiscuity may increase Mc and thereby increase the likelihood of neurological degeneration and/or disease.
  • Women with neurological degeneration and diseases are the crazies, and we know crazies have a livid sex life.

Moreover, there is a correlation between Mc, promiscuity, and psycho. IOW, women can F-ck their brains out, quite literally. But researchers will never say this.

The Manosphere predicted this years ago (see links under Related), but now it’s looking quite likely that women who get stuffed with multiple men’s slop are more likely to have a higher incidence of Mc, and are thus more likely to lose their marbles and/or succumb to disease, especially as they age and/or rack up an N count.
