Intro

Adam Piggott and I have been discussing the role of women in society and how men are to best regard women.

There has been some disagreement based on the fact that we are discussing two different social contexts.

  • Adam is describing a Biblical Patriarchy.
  • I’m describing the current social situation in the West.

A Clarification

In response to Adam’s latest post, I have to make a couple clarifications of context and intent.

Adam wrote,

“The back and forth continues with Jack over at Sigma Frame on the question of whether women need to be the driving force behind solving the family crisis.”

“What Jack is promoting here is essentially matriarchy.”

I’m not promoting matriarchy nor do I hold the idea that women should solve the family crisis. I’m saying we already have a matriarchy — advanced feminism, and women are doing nothing to remediate the associated social ills. My posts are just describing the way things are and analyzing what needs to happen for women to be nudged in the right direction.  I’m simply pointing out that without a Patriarchal social structure (as it is now), women are on their own, so they must look to their own leaders for guidance, i.e. Queen Bees.  In the Western Matriarchy (AKA Feminism), Queen Bee types (including authors, celebrities, politicians, et al.) are the defacto culture shapers, and so they have the most influence to instigate a change.  This is the best cope they have in the current fiasco.

The Intersexual Covenant / Social Contract

Adam has stated many times that men (should) protect and take care of their women, and that men lead and women follow.  Yes.  Ideally, this is how things should be.  But the problem with Adam’s Patriarchal view is that it doesn’t work in a Matriarchal system. No matter how much or how well men might lead, it’s up to women to follow and submit — that’s the Covenant deal — and the grand majority of women in the West are vehemently against this notion.

For the most part, Western women don’t have these benefits of Patriarchy because they don’t want to do what is required to have it, not because men won’t lead, etc. Although it is true that men are displaying less leadership, it is because men are not interested in leading and doing things for women who will not follow and are going to do their own thing anyway.  IOW, women are on their own. They have rejected the Covenant in favor of a social gynarchy. When men continue to act as leaders in this context, then that’s essentially the churchian concept of “servant leadership”. It’s up to the man to woo woo her fee fees into doing what’s right, at any cost to himself, and none to her.

In fact, perhaps the best thing men can do for such women is to NOT lead, protect, and take care of them.  I believe this is what the Bible refers to as “turning that one over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh” (1 Corinthians 5:5).  In simple terms, we’re turning them back into the world on their own, apart from the care and support of Christian fellowship / Covenant community / Patriarchy. Actually, they’ve already chosen this path for themselves, but men still need to recognize this and respond appropriately.  Women have made their bed, now men need to let them wallow in it in the hope that they’ll “Wake Up”.

Of course, this “Wake Up” will not solve the family crisis, but it is something that needs to happen before the family crisis can be resolved.  It is ugly and will continue to get worse, and there’s probably no hope of restoring the vast majority of them. They’re truly on their own.

We’re already seeing the effects.  Over the past year or two, some women are now beginning to realize how difficult life can be for Strong Independent Women.  Too bad they’re already ruined for marriage.

Conclusions

Concerning the dialogue between Adam and I…  When Adam says that men should protect and take care of their women, and that men lead and women follow, it should be noted that this only holds true in a Patriarchal system.  IOW, men should lead, protect, and take care of their OWN women, and women should follow their male Heads.  It has to be a reciprocal cooperation for it to work.  Men should NOT do these things for women who are NOT willingly submissive to their leadership. Christian men need to dump the idealistic secular altruism, as it only enables feminism.

As for the points I raised earlier…  Will any Queen Bees read these posts and decide to become a guiding light in their peer groups? It’s unlikely, but there it is for any takers.  It is more likely that there may be some fathers, pastors, or elders who read these posts and take it upon themselves to do what they can to foster better behavior and instill accountability in the female social groups within their sphere of influence.  And if they won’t submit, then it is morally correct to cut them loose.

Anyway, I’ve done my small part in offering guidance to women who don’t want to be taken care of, and I’m finished with that.

The onus is on them, as Thedeti and I have been saying.  They can submit or else take the hard road. Meanwhile, we can’t ask men to play Captain-Save-a-H0e in order to prop up a failing Matriarchal society.
