Facing Reality

In my previous post, Heads in the Sand (2023/11/3), I covered a collection of influential pseudo-conservative mouthpieces who are constructing an alternate reality so that everyone can ignore reality.

Here’s reality:

  • Actions have consequences, good and bad.
  • Traditionally, sexually attractive men can do and be whatever they want within any social order.  Women, including Emba, have no problem with this.  What they have a problem with is unattractive men’s existence.
  • When one sex realizes its prime directives, the other sex must yield.  There can be no compromise here — either men “win” (in which case women are all brought along in that paradigm) or women “win” (in which case the vast majority of men are left behind, excluded, and destroyed).
  • When men “win”, everyone wins.  When women “win”, most men lose.  What we’re seeing now is what happens when women “win”.
  • Women don’t get to have it both ways.  Either you’re fully equal or you’re not.  Either you are agents, or you’re not.  If you are, then you must accept the consequences of all of your actions.
  • IF women are going to be the leaders, the “dominant” ones, the Captains, then everyone will be looking to them for guidance, direction, and orders.  If the ship goes down, it’s ultimately on them.
  • IF women are the dominant “First” sex they claim to be, then the buck stops with them.  There’s no one they can blame; no one they can foist it off on.  It’s on them.  It’s ALL on them.
  • IF women don’t owe men anything, then men don’t owe women anything.
  • IF you want men to live in a world like this, then you have to accept underachievement and underperformance from men; and women will have to take up the slack.

That’s it, world.  That’s it in a nutshell.

These pseudo-conservative mouthpieces believe that weak men are preventing women from achieving their feminist utopia. They are echoing the cultural refrain: “Men need to try harder, work harder, and do more.”

Why should these men do more?  You’ve spent your lives telling men you don’t like them, don’t want them, and don’t need them.  You sure as hell aren’t having sex with them.  You divorce gr@ped their fathers.  You tell them they’re crap.

So tell me — why should men do more?

While you think about that, I’ll be working my @rse off to make sure I keep a roof over my head and for the wife and son I still have — the wife I almost divorced 12 years ago because she was acting like the women I just described.

Will Churchians ever Pull their Heads out of the Sand?

Renn, Cosper, et al. keep saying the church needs to dig our heads out of the sand.  First the church needs to dig its own head out of the sand (Matthew 7:3-5).

If the church is ever going to do anything about this mess, then here’s a list for starters.

  • Stop demonizing men.
  • Stop pedestalizing women.
  • Stop teaching complementarianism and egalitarianism.  It’s not Biblical.
  • Stop the favoritism towards reformed single mothers and Ch@ds who can make up an inspiring testimony of how God redeemed them from their sins.  Don’t treat them better than the faithful few who have suffered for righteousness sake.
  • Stop the discrimination against unmarried young adults.
  • Start coaching men to be on their purpose, and training them to be dominant and proactive within their sphere of influence.
  • Start teaching women to be chaste, feminine, and submissive.

All the other plans and schemes you might come up with will fail unless you get these things down first.

Will Women ever Pull their Heads out of the Sand?

The elephant in the room that no one wants to talk about is what women need to do.  Enough about what men need to do.  It’s time to discuss what women need to do.

  • Submit yourselves to the authority of your father or husband.  Yes, I said it.  Just do it.
  • Dedicate yourself towards being honest moral agents.  You’ll need to submit yourselves to a covenant man to learn how.  Otherwise, stop calling yourselves Christians. (I know readers will laugh at this.)
  • Stop lying about what you want from men.  We can all see it — so stop lying about it.
  • Pick up the slack.  You’ve been saying for 3 generations and about 100 years now that you don’t want men, don’t need men, don’t really like men, and don’t want to have sex with them.
  • At the same time, you keep saying you want nice kind good Christian men.  If so, then start dating, sexing, marrying, and procreating with, those nice kind good Christian men you say you want (but clearly don’t want).
  • Or, if you really don’t want these men, then just say you don’t, and get on with it, and stop making demands and virtue signaling.
  • Stop complaining and get on with it, whatever “it” is.
  • If you do marry, then give your man what he wants, whatever that is.  Compromise.  Settle.  Deal with it.  Call it whatever you want, but give him what he wants.
  • If you cannot or will not do the above, then stop taking up men’s time and energies.   Cut your orbiters loose so they can either be alone, or find someone who will give him what he wants.

And another thing women need to do:

  • Grow up and deal with this.  Grow up and accept this.  You wanted this.  You asked for this.  You said you could handle it.  You said you can do it better than men can.
  • Accept and deal with all the consequences of your actions and choices.  If you women are going to be the dominant, “first” sex, then your first order of business is accountability and responsibility.  And with that comes the ironclad requirement that you accept all the consequences of your actions and choices.

OK.  Here it is.  Accept your mantle of leadership.  And with it comes ultimate responsibility and accountability.  It’s all on you now.

The future of the world rests upon your narrow shoulders and broad hips.

We await your orders, “Captain”.

You’ve been saying women can do anything men can do, only better, and backwards and in heels.  OK then: Time to stand and deliver.  Make the money and support your men and kids with it.

Do the hard jobs like garbage truck operator, nuclear power plant operator, electrician, chemical engineer, cardiothoracic surgeon, sanitation and sewage plant technician, telephone line technician, HVAC technician, millwright, machinist, pipefitter, construction worker, roadworker, carpenter, plumber, railroad inspector, steel worker, manual laborer, long-haul truck driver, third shift manufacturing plant assistant manager, infantry enlisted, artillery enlisted….

Do STEM.   Do the hard trades, manual labor, and working in all kinds of weather.  Do the risky jobs where you might get hurt or killed.  Go into the military where you get blown to bits and lose limbs.  Do the hard, long hours, time consuming work.  Change your own flat tires.  Move your own heavy stuff.  Do your own heavy lifting.  Put your own heavy carry-on into the overhead compartment.  You’re strong and independent — YOU do it.

These jobs need to be done.  When are women going to step up and do them?

I want, I expect, them to take full responsibility for the outcomes, good and bad.  I’m still waiting.

If women can’t or won’t do the hard stuff, then at the very least they need to lead their families and take responsibility, and not foist the blame for bad outcomes onto government, “society”, their parents, their spouses, their exes, their baby daddies, their sex partners, or others.

If women DON’T want to do these things and take responsibility for the outcome, then they’d best submit to men and leave those things to men.

So, women — we’re waiting.  Pick up the slack.  Please design submersibles that won’t implode and turn their occupants into paste.  Please design bridges that don’t collapse.  Please change the oil in our cars, fix our computers, repair the roads, carry away our garbage, drive the trucks, and bring the food to the supermarkets.  More and more men will be poolside or working their subsistence wage jobs.

Stand and deliver, women.  It’s your time.  You wanted this.  It’s on you now.  It’s time for you to rise to the occasion.

We’re waiting.

Of course none of what I wrote is going to happen.  Of course not.  Of course women will not take responsibility nor will women start en masse doing Mike Rowe style “dirty jobs”.

What is more likely as we move more toward a totalitarian socialist society is that we’ll look more like a Soviet economy.  There will be forced labor and conscription to get the dirty jobs done.  Put quite simply, men will be put into de facto slave labor as was done in the old USSR.
