I’ve been focusing on ways to submit lately, because it’s something I and many newly red pill women may struggle with. But I realize that I’m presenting a version of myself that may look very old-fashioned and out of touch. Being a First Officer doesn’t exclude other parts of my personality. I’m still outwardly the same person I’ve always been.
- I’m a big geek. My husband and I met playing Dungeons and Dragons. We went through a few years of World of Warcraft raiding with old friends from back home. He was a tank, I was a healer, and sometimes we switched rolls (kinky). I love Super Nintendo, and we still have one that gets regular use when we have time.
- I love Star Trek, the original and The Next Generation. Never much got into Deep Space Nine or Enterprise. But my all time favorite SciFi shows are Firefly and Battlestar Galactica (the new one).
- I used to be in the military. I crawled through the mud with my M-16, shot Expert, and still enjoy shooting rifles and handguns when I can, though we don’t own any. I love the smell of spent rounds and CLP in the morning.
- I’m perfectly capable of changing my own tires, oil, and brake pads. But I’ll gladly and graciously accept help if it’s offered without thinking it an insult.
- I can drive a stick shift.
- I freaking love science. Give me Carl Sagan’s Cosmos, Through the Wormhole with Morgan Freeman, etc. to watch on a desert island, and I’d be all set.
- I’m a photographer of all sorts of things, self taught. Sometimes I get money for it, but most times not.
- Alton Brown is my culinary hero.
And I can’t really think of much else to add at the moment, my head is cloudy from some fracked up sinuses. Any questions for me? I’d be happy to answer any and all.
