I thought that by becoming self employed I would leave behind my history of women using sexual harassment crap to destroy my job. I still have a couple of weeks left before I start my first contract and what happens? Another woman, hereafter referred to as the cunt, slings more sexual harassment crap at me.
I don’t even know all the details yet. My boss pulled me into his office at the end of the day to warn me what was coming tommorow morning. I was going to hand in my resignation soon but I’m sitting on that until I see what happens. Since I have work lined up, I’m going to fight this at a level I have never fought this crap before. It’s not like I’m going to be staying at this job. I would live blog this but I won’t have the time and I have to be careful about revealing too much information. I am going to try and document this here as much as possible to help other men going through the same problem.
For men going through this the important thing to remember is that you haven’t done anything wrong. You might be thinking you did something that got “misinterpreted”. That’s wrong. You did nothing. In fact the cunt accusing you of sexual harassment probably had little to no contact with you. You could have been picked at random. Even if that’s not the case you know your own behavior and you remember what you said and did. You did nothing. Knowing that you can fight back.
A mangina will claim you must have “done something”. Here is an example from a comment here.
From my experience, if you ignore women from the beginning, and mind your own business, women will not care about you either, hence there will not be any interaction between you and *them*.
For a woman to come bitching around with a “sexual harrassment” argument against you, means that you did interact with that woman, make it “friendly” or “mere business”.
For a woman to rise her Bitch flag against you, you had to have done something to her in first place.
Only a mangina (or a woman) could say something like this. They will tell you lies like women never lie about rape of sexual harassment. Women lie about rape and sexual harassment all the time. Don’t just take my word for it. Read some other men’s experiences of sexual harassment crap.
Unfortunately, many women took this as an opportunity for revenge on any man who had ever annoyed them or interrupted their career path. I saw this in my own workplace. One sexual harassment complaint set off a chain reaction that created dozens and dozens more. They were all taken with extreme seriousness because of the fear of federal sanctions and lawsuits. I saw one colleague suspended for a week because a female coworker “didn’t like the way he looked at her once.” The HR manager all but admitted to him that it was bogus, but said that he had to take action to avoid a lawsuit or worse.

I’ve personally seen exactly this situation. A man who worked at the company from the day it opened was accused of sexual harassment by a career climbing woman, and HR had to take action.
In this case HR was staffed by a lady who literally knew the man her whole life, he was her godfather, and had walked her down the aisle at her wedding.
Everyone at the company knew the complaint was Grade A bullshit, but could do nothing about it. The man who was accused walked into work that Monday and announced he’d rather retire than deal with the office games anymore.
The punchline to the story is that within six months the woman tried the same trick again with another guy, and this time she was caught big time.
The man she was accusing hadn’t even been at work at the times she claimed he was making offensive and lewd passes at her, he was home on paternity leave helping his wife take care of their newborn son.
Which just tells me to never deal with women behind closed doors unless you can prove your innocence if she decides to try and get a payout in the “workplace lotto”.
Despite what the manginas say it’s possible to do nothing and get sexual harassment accusations leveled against you. I would surmise that most sexual harassment accusations are complete and total lies. I wouldn’t be surprised if there hasn’t been a real case of sexual harassment since 1991 when the Clarence Thomas Supreme Court confirmation hearings where Anita Hill accused him of sexual harassment.
It should surprise no one that the mangina I quoted above is also a gamer (which you can tell from his comment if you follow the link). Gamers think that because of game they will never have to deal with sexual harassment crap (or false rape charges or paternity fraud or etc.). This is wrong. Sexual harassment crap happened to men a lot more powerful than you. It can and will happen to you. Ignore the problem at your own peril. If you want to be free of this then now is the time to start fighting back.
