I lived in Australia for a long time and, coming from the UK, I loved the laid back lifestyle. Great weather, easy-going people, with a safe and high standard of living. I was eating out every night for $10-15 AUD, I had an apartment near the beach in Sydney for $1000 AUD a month, I was a 10-minute drive from downtown, and it was 50 US cents to the Aussie dollar. Things like registering a car, getting a driver’s license, signing a lease, opening a bank account were all smooth, easy, and cheap!
Australia has a “friendly” government with a “for the people” bureaucracy—starting your own business is simple and any registrations you need to abide by are easily explained and available online in common English. Contrast that with the US or UK, where you need an army of accountants and lawyers before you print your business card and you can understand why I enjoyed the place— initially at least.
So What’s The Problem?
The longer I stayed, the more I became aware of this creeping social agenda. It was not ok to be ostentatious. For example a well-known Australian stockbroker Rene Rivkin, stepped over the line, doing nothing more than a wealthy businessman in the US: driving flashy cars, owning nightclubs, smoking cigars, etc.
He was taken down with a hysterical media campaign and a trumped up insider trading charge, made to step in line to the point he had a nervous breakdown, and died quite young. Now I am not going to debate the merits of his case, but I will explain how a creeping politically correct agenda takes over, because Australia is a case study in this area. I am also in a unique position to comment on it, as I will explain.
Rene Rivkin – never hurt anyone and made plenty of people rich.
Australian’s are “nice” people, and everyone has an equal opportunity. Girls are definitely seen as no different from boys, and it has always been a bastion of human rights. Sydney Mardi Gras is a famous gay pride event, initially tolerated and more recently promoted. Your average white male Australian back in the day was not particularly well educated but had a great social system. Rather ironically known as a “true blue Aussie,” he took a “live and let live” attitude and why shouldn’t he? The abundance mentality and the lack of any real social strife or historical struggle enabled him to share his wealth around.
This is where it gets interesting, because that happy-go-lucky “salt of the earth” attitude that Aussies are famous for, slowly gets engulfed by a parasitic octopus of socialism, feminism, social shaming, gay and minority rights, government interference, and a pervading “look down your nose” attitude.

A nation of ‘nice guys’ create a nation of bitchy cunts
As those of you who read my articles will understand, I am not a man who mixes his words. I say it how I see it and I push the envelope as far as possible. In business I want results and I want them now. If you sit down with some Americans or especially Asians, and want to accomplish a business goal, you can cut through a lot of the finery and social BS in favor of targeting the goal at hand.
In these situations, you can be a little pushy where necessary and people will deal with it, while you have no need to hide the fact you want to excel—people will come to the party. In Australia this attitude is known as “tall poppy syndrome.” I was labelled rude, abrasive, anti-social, overambitious etc.
Take a guy like Steve Jobs, put him in Australia, and he’d have an army of emotional vampires trolling him. That’s not to say it’s an active or targeted campaign initially. There is a social validation and a chipping away at your soul that takes place in Australia on a day-to-day social level. This is done to make sure that if you haven’t swallowed the blue pill, one will be gently and firmly inserted into your rectum.
Everyone in Australia is an undercover social justice warrior, and you just cannot “talk to me like that!” This, combined with a rather dull and uneducated majority that thinks the best of itself, left me deciding not to renew my residency visa or apply for a passport after 10 years. I was thus never to return to “paradise” even though I consider it home, and many people would give their eye teeth for an Aussie residency permit.
I effectively unplugged myself from the matrix and exiled myself. I knew full well that the easygoing lifestyle and high standard of living available for low cost would call me back, but the lack of performance pressure combined with abrasive blue pillers would inhibit my growth. I left back in 2005 and I would say that the US and EU is probably beginning to catch up to where Australia was then. It’s like a coffee filter that collects the mediocre and lazy socialists of the world.
You are not supposed to be too ambitious and if you are successful you can’t flaunt it or enjoy it too much. You can’t say anything against the party line – the case in point being the hysteria against Julien Blanc where the government saw fit to cancel his visa. I’m not condoning RSD, who pushed the envelope too far, but much of what they talk about is a matter of self-esteem, being cheeky, creative, flamboyant, and generally putting yourself out there. None of this is a bad thing. I don’t see what place the government has in getting involved, let alone canceling a visa.
Soviet Union or Common Wealth of Australia?
Is freedom of speech allowed? Can we give a life coach creative room to breathe and push the boundaries that his students probably never will, for the purposes of demonstrating a point and bringing your average blue pill man out of his shell? Sure we can. Can we appreciate the popularity of his business, the work he has put into building his skills and ideas, not to mention the fact that enough people have signed up to his courses to fund his trip to the country? RSD are not Neo-Nazis or Taliban. Do we need to turn red pill into a religion and claim minority rights?
The case of Mr. Blanc down under, warrants a discussion and article all of its own. What I am bringing out here is the pervading social attitudes that I experienced in Australia and the reason that I no longer have any claim to reside there. Despite its social train wreck, I’d return to Latin America before Australia—there at least you have real freedom.
Australia is a unique case, in part due to its remote location and its history as a prison colony. Americans think they have it bad, but there is at least a semblance of a free culture, you can aspire to be the best and being wealthy is not a crime against humanity. Australia shows a prison psychology, but run on a much more subtle level. This kindergarten-type social programming takes place in almost every interaction you make, from the clerk in the bank to the chick at the bar. You will behave.
Back in the days of the USSR if you went to Moscow and took photos near a government building, the KGB might come and arrest you and you’d never be seen again. Australia has that same kind of comrade attitude, just on a subconscious level. Live And Let Live has turned into an army of insecure blue pill passive aggressives who are constantly testing you for adherence to their social system. What’s worse is this looks like the shape of things to come in the rest of the world.
Another example of this from history would be the characters of the King’s Court in France or Spain. All the bowing, the ass licking and co-towing HAD to take place, just to establish yourself as non-threatening to the hierarchy of the day. The Australian government canceling a visa is similar to the King executing some courtier that didn’t quite bow low enough. RSD is not the issue—it’s the overreaction of the state and its citizens that is on the stand here. No surprise that the UK is following suit.
We’re Not Gay Bashing
It’s OK for scantily clad homosexual men to bugger each other in public, while dancing on floats at the famous Sydney Mardi Gras street parade, that children could easily attend. They are a “persecuted minority,” so let them do their thing—but wait a minute…. RSD is out of line and gets visas cancelled for its cheeky “offensive” seminars offered only to people who pay for them and choose to attend behind closed doors. What is really going on here? Not long ago sodomy was illegal, but today a coach telling men to behave like men is black balled and deported. It’s “Not a pre-approved attitude.”
City Center In Broad Day Light!
You can do whatever you want in Australia, so long as they approved of it
Every time I’ve tried to connect with Australians I’ve met in bars, airports, hotels etc. around the world, I’m always met with a kind of guarded shrug. Do the same thing with an American and you get their life story (and quite possibly get laid). I have more friends and connections in the US, but I only lived there for one year.
Phone up an American friend and they ooze enthusiasm…. I’m the crazy gypsy Brit. Phone up an old Aussie friend and I’m not allowed to be better than them. To cap it all, while I was traveling a few years back, a young Australian waitress who was closing up the bar late at night literally grabbed me like I was a chick, and stuck her tongue down my throat—Julien Blanc style.
It’s another example that proves my point. I didn’t find the girl super attractive, a six at best, in large part because she was just another abrasive Aussie. I fucked her anyway (she was young enough and skinny enough to pass the boner test), but SHE hit on me like she was a man and I was a girl. If I’d done what she did I’d have been risking an attempted rape charge. That’s Australia for you: Socialism and Feminism 101.
