The title of my post was inspired by all those peddlers of success that promote one book, or seminar, or CD set that promises riches for anyone that partakes in the advice of the pundit (*the asterisk being that levels of success may vary and there is no guarantee).

I remember reading a Dilbert cartoon a long time ago that pointed out that successful people won’t really tell you the truth of their success, because then anyone reading it would become competitors.

There is truth in that observation.

It applies to game too.  People will give advice, perhaps on their one long term relationship that has lasted 20+ years without any really current experience in the sexual market place, or they will sell pretty lies to people because they don’t want men in general to realize what the score is.

It is in the interests of the master seducer to have most married men believe that their woman is special and not vulnerable to game.

The truth is, it is a delusion that out of 3 billion women, one is unique.  IF you settle for one “special fairy princess” you have lessened the competition for the master seducer, you have also blinded yourself to the possibility that your wife could be seduced making it easier for him to cuckold you.

Sexual behavior is constrained by consequences, for men they can be an internal moral code, but for women if invariably is external consequences.  if there are none, then their sexuality will not be constrained in any way.  That is what is ripping through our society at the moment.  keep it in mind.

It is in the interest of the master seducer to have most men do chump things so that they are blown out.

The truth is that any woman that will sleep with you thinks she is beneath you.  They want to “buy up.”  Now with that in mind, think about how women treat other women that they see as
“beneath” them.  Cruel, weren’t they?  Indirectly, indifferent, aloof, catty, vicious, callous.  I could go on.  If you treat a woman as your better, you will lose her attraction.

It is in the interest of married men to have other men believe in long-term relationships, because it protects their long-term relationship.

A man’s reluctance to get married is often characterized as a character flaw:  He’s scared, he’s afraid of commitment, he hasn’t grown up.  These are all shaming tactics.  There are very rational reasons for not getting married.  NUMBER ONE: You can’t get anything in marriage as a man you can’t get single.  I could go on this topic for paragraphs.

If someone is using shaming language, anything they are telling you should be immediately rejected. If it is a logical and rational justification (even if based on moral principles) then consider it, if it’s one of shame, I submit that you should reject those arguments as emotion based, especially if they are based on the impact on women.  Women are not emotionally weak, they are often more resilient in this area than men, yet the emotional impact on women is their first way of getting at male behavior.  For all those Trekkies out there, the old episode where the princess brings men, even Kirk, to their knees with her tears remains true, yet those tears were a manipulation, a ploy to make the men around her slaves.

Let me be blunt, unless you are in high school (and these days a freshman) the woman you are with probably has a higher notch count than you unless you exceed ten, and even then she very likely will exceed that.  The idea that you are the one to ruin her for all men is laughable, unless you are in her first three lovers.

Once you are out of high school, you are dealing with damaged goods, their notches are going up at a faster rate than 90% of men.

Take any advice you hear and consider:  Does this really work?  If the answer is no, then reject it and consider anything else the man says as suspect.  If it involves shaming language, or pedestals women or indicates that “not all women are like that” you are being sold pretty lies.

Update:  A very good post on this very problem is here.
