Why aren’t you married, Silas?

Based on the comments you have left on our site, I don’t understand why you are not married.

You have expounded on game:

“From what I’ve seen, the problem is not the difficulty of learning game, but simply the ignorance of a lot of men to the necessity of game. Similarly, it seems that all men who do set out to increase their awareness and learn about sexual dynamics have little problem going about it.”

So you should have no problem maintaining attraction.  You have indicated your intentions are solely for LTR and that you see sexual conquests as immoral:

“You claim that it is wrong to think that men are using LTR game to snag a hottie. Personally, that is my goal in learning and perfecting my game. My best friend is the same way.”

You recognize what a rare creature a woman of quality is:

Though I recognize that American women are capricious creatures, who are often given to making whimsical and harmful choices, yet my goal is to seek out a high quality woman and seduce her into loving me for the rest of my life.

and

You clearly are aware of all the essential traits for a woman worthy of an LTR. And, you rightly recognize that such paragons of virtue, sexuality, femininity and playfulness are non-existent–especially in modern America.

You have embraced this philosophy:

God is clear, a man (rather than a boy) accepts that it is not good for him to remain single and unattached and he respectfully seeks a wife.

You believe marriage will strengthen a strong man:

to those men who see the dangers, but still see the calling to patriarchy as a desirable end, marriage strengthens them. It does mean that a man has less freedom, but it never can take away a man’s manliness or passion for life. Such a man must be wise in who he chooses to marry, so that he marries a woman who increases his effectiveness and strengthens him, rather than sapping his vitality. However, in a Godly marriage that is focused on impacting society, raising children and teaching selflessness out of sacrificial love, both a man and his wife are strengthened through a marriage.

So you clearly believe that “playing the field” is not correct for a man.  You have shown that a woman of quality is rare in America.  And you have indicated that you have found a woman of quality:

Your cynicism inflicts you with confirmation bias. Your mindset and approach to women necessarily ensures that you won’t find any of the ones who are truly sweet wholesome, or high-quality.

They exist. I know several. I’m dating one right now.

You have said this again more recently:

My present LTR is a 23 years old virgin. Until I met her, she had never been kissed. She is fun, agreeable, submissive, and feminine. She hasn’t swallowed too much feminist kool-aid. She very much looks forward to raising children and being a stay-at-home mother.

But I notice the words “My present LTR.”  Not my LTR, but “my present” one.  Indicating that although it is long term it is not indefinite, and implied in your words is an end point in this relationship for you. Why is this?

You recognize her as a rare creature, you believe marriage is the right course, that playing around is immoral and not good for a man.

Yet you have not committed to her.

Why is this?  Why when you expound on the proper monogamous course for men, when you have embraced that they should not play around but actively seek out and marry a woman and be in a committed relationship, you have not done so?

Why is this “woman of quality” only a present tense LTR?

You cannot be afraid, for you yourself have said:

While the present system does place the legal power in women’s hands, there is no threat to the man who takes full chrage of his family and dominates completely. There is also no threat to the man who refuses to sacrifice his liberty to the system. Such a man recognizes that there are always options, and that the system, though powerful, is not omnipotent, and it’s efforts can be thwarted. Dominant and anarchistic men, like the patriarchs of old, gain power and influence through marriage, and do not cede their power to women. Such men are unafraid of marriage.

Now I recognize that you don’t believe in legal marriage, but merely marriage in fact, but still why haven’t you done so in fact?

Go forth and do as you have encourage men to do.
