By the time you see this, the blog will have been “completed”, that is to say, up-and-running enough for me to take to the soapbox and for you to holla back. In the weeks and months ahead, my hope is that the blog will evolve and grow in many ways, and I look forward to any suggestions you, the readers, may have! So please, feel free to soundoff early and often.
Alright, so a little bit about myself. I consider myself something of a 21st Century, Urban Dandy – self made, self educated, on the path to full self-actualization. I have a lot to say, and many of you have heard some of it elsewhere; in the days ahead, you’ll soon see that’s just the tip of the iceberg, lol. I’m Black & Proud, but not an automaton; I’m Conservative, but not a blind Ideologue; I’m Compassionate, but believe in Personal Responsibility; I’m Blue Collar, but have an Ivory Tower mind; I believe in a Woman’s Right to Choose, but I also believe that Men have Rights, too; and perhaps most importantly, while I definitely have my own points of view, everyone has a right to be heard.
This blog will serve as a kind of sounding board for the many things that I have say about everything and everyone. Strap yourself in – it’s gonna be one helluva ride.
