While we’re all patiently waiting for Ms. Denise Romano’s reply to my recent Open Letter addressed to her (and which also appeared at The Spearhead earlier this week), I’d thought to post a few thoughts about, and invite you, my esteemed readers, to checkout, a Gentleman by name of Thugtician, a video blogger who’s missives grace sites such as YouTube and DailyMotion.com.
I got wind of Thugtician by, of all people, “Desi FPUA” aka Bag Lady, a frequent and sometimes troublesome commenter here and elsewhere online. She’s been asking of of late to give him a listen, and I have to say, that I was impressed with what I heard, after finally being able to wind down a bit and check his “vlogs” out.
Thugtician is apparently a Black Brit from the United Kingdom, and has quite a bit to say about what he considers the “War On Men”. He’s an impassioned Men’s Right’s Advocate, who also takes shots at his ideological brothers from another mother, fellow Black folks, and especially, Black Women. Frequent readers here at The Obsidian Files know well that while I love my Sistas, I pull no punches in telling them about themselves either, so to hear this Brotha from across the pond basically address many of the same issues I did brought a smile to my face.
Thugtician’s well spoken, reasoned, articulate and is a formidable debator-I’ve seen several responses on YouTube by Sistas, and I have to say, that what Ferdinand Bardamu recently said about why Women in aggregate aren’t particularly suited for rigorous debate may indeed have some merit. Give him a listen-this post is devoted to your thoughts and impressions on the Brotha.
