By now everyone on the planet has heard about the recent arrest of former exotic dancer Crystal Gail Mangum, who, nearly four years ago, falsely accused three White students of gang raping her on Duke University’s campus. The story, fueled by the joining of two of America’s most potent taboos-Sex & Race-quickly sprouted legs, and became the cause celeb of do-gooders everywhere.

Despite the opportunistic zeal of Durham NC DA Mike Nifong, the case was eventually thrown out, due both to Mangum’s story having been flimsy in the first the and the DNA results proving the accused so-called Duke Three’s innocence. But by then, the damage had been done-the Duke Three’s families spent more than a million dollars in legal fees defending their sons’ good name; upwards of 100 Duke faculty, much of them tenured academics, signed an open letter condemning the Duke Three; and the whole of the Femosphere, aided and abetted by the mainstream news media, led the charge in vilifying in the worst ways imaginable, the Duke Three.

If ever there was a case to be made for a High-Tech Lynching, this was it. The sheer irony of it all, during Black History Month no less, is something you just can’t make up.

Mangum’s recent arrest on a litany of charges, including domestic abuse, along with a long history of legal trouble, and some even suggest mental and emotional problems, only goes to show the Woman for what she is — not some hapless victim, but the problem herself. And ironically enough, it is Women like her who make true victims of rape harder to believe.

Part of the personal code that I live by is to always respect Universal Law, because its true-what goes around, comes around. Not only that, but the Truth ALWAYS comes out, sooner or later. If you’re standing on Truth, you have nothing to worry about for Truth crushed to earth, shall always rise again. That the cacophony of academics, talking heads and Feministas, are now strangely silent, only proves the point. And worse, notice that not a one of them have so much as offered an apology, not just to the Duke Three – their lives ruined regardless of their innocence proven in a court of law – but to the general public either. All of them go on as if nothing happened, even as Ms. Mangum’s mugshot is plastered all over the news media and Internet.

Earlier this morning, the local NPR affiliate, instead of covering the Mangum case, instead decided to run yet another story of a young lady who claims to have been raped on college campus, after attending a frat/keg party and drinking heavily. Hmm. I defy anyone reading this to check in with the leading Feminist blogs and sites: Alas! A Blog, Feministing, Feministe, Jezebel, Pandagon, and tell me that they’ve even mentioned Mangum’s name in the past week, much less even fixed their mouths to offer a mea culpa. Remember, these are the same folks who say, that Women never LIE about being raped, and that anyone who suggests otherwise is a rank Misogynist. Right?

I’ll wait.

As I’ve always said, and it bears repeating now, tough times don’t shape character; they reveal it. If the Femosphere-which absolutely includes Academia and Legacy Media-had a scintilla of character, they would be among the first to offer a “my bad”. They. Remain. Silent. And then have the nerve to continue running “hate against Women” propaganda as if nothing ever happened.

If nothing else proves that this foul triumvirate has no credibility, that the Empress is walking around in the buck, the Ballad of Crystal Gail Mangum most definitely does. And, I assure my Brothers-and Sisters of Good Will-do not be troubled.

For the Truth needs no defense.

And it will always win out in the end.

Just ask Ms. Crystal Gail Mangum.
