An old German proverb holds that “blood is thicker than water.” By that people mean that their loyalty is primarily with their family, not their friends, and certainly not some unknown third parties. The phrase dates from the 1100s, when families were a much more important part of one’s life, well before modern feminists made up a bunch of self-serving myths and malicious lies in order to separate and isolate husbands and fathers from their families.

I am coming to see that the modern situation in America could be more aptly described as “sisterhood is thicker than blood.” In other words, women have an alliance with all women, even unknown and unseen women, and they give preference to those other women, not just over unknown and unseen men, but over their own biological sons. This last part was personally shocking to me, and it took a personal experience with a friend to compellingly reveal what was going on.

This experience illustrates the twisted nature of the way that many American women think about American men, and how hateful feminist thinking has become towards men. How many women think this way I don’t know, but I’d wager a lot of women do view men and boys in this denigrating way. There’s really no way to find out, because most women asked a direct question of this nature would probably deny having adopted the “sisterhood is thicker than blood” viewpoint. This is because when you really look at that viewpoint, it’s totally inexcusable, indefensible, and immoral.

The woman in question is generally an independent woman, has her own opinions, isn’t traditional, nor is she a feminist. She is heart-felt, compassionate, smart, willing to confront and discuss the truth, and actively engaged in her own process of personal development. Frankly, if she was a feminist I wouldn’t talk to her, aside from perhaps the few words necessary to get a transaction completed at the supermarket, or somewhere else where she stood between me and a particular objective.

I noticed that her 26-year old son had completed college but could not find a job aside from being a part-time personal trainer at a gym. This had gone on for about 20 months, so it wasn’t just a temporary “in transition” experience for that young man. This job at the gym was a big come down for a young guy who had been told for years that he needed to go to college to get a degree, and then he was going to get a good job. Society lied to him about that result. To put it another way, because he was a white male, there were no preferences like affirmative action to help him along. He was at the bottom of the list to be hired.

I talked with this woman about the trouble her son was having and about the need to do some career planning. She told me that he was going to go to massage therapy school, and that massage had a great future in a health care system that would soon pay for alternative health care modalities. She was very resistant to talking about his future, or even to admit that he might need some coaching and assistance here. I couldn’t figure out why she didn’t even want to talk about it, because I felt bad for the young guy and wanted him to have a good start in life, wanted him to not have to sweat money all the time. I asked her why she was so resistant to even talking about this. Then the critical piece of information was revealed: she thought that he didn’t get any help because he was a white male. She went on to talk about “all those white males who inherited banks from their fathers.”

I was speechless, after pausing for thirty seconds, I said, “What? All of a handful of white males in 300 million people in America today?” I told her that most young guys like her son were having a very hard time in the job market because they didn’t have experience and the competition was tough. I mentioned that they didn’t get any preferential treatment. At that point she said, “I can’t talk about this now.” I suppose that was a polite version of “men don’t get it.” So even this relatively open-minded woman, a woman relatively untouched by the mythical and malicious anti-male claims of the feminists, even she had been taken in by the propaganda dished out by the feminists over the last several decades. The depth and pervasiveness of the brainwashing of women is astounding.

On a certain level it was a relief to understand why she had never given him any guidance about finding a job, getting training or an education that will pay well, etc. On another level, I hated it, because things in American society started to fit together in a different way, in a way that made a lot more sense to me. For example, now I understood a big reason, but no doubt not the only reason, why young men were doing considerably worse in the job market than young women. Beyond all the preferences and special advantages that the law and government doles out to women, today’s young women were getting extraordinary support from their single-parent household mothers, but the young men were not. The young men were automatically considered to be alpha males, abusers, and the ones who should be blamed for all that’s wrong in the world. Supposedly that means that they don’t deserve any support. And the surprising part is that some, perhaps many women, think this way even about their own sons, the young males that they brought up from birth.

So when there’s an absence of the father in a family with young children, we see that the sons suffer far more than the daughters. The daughters are nurtured and pampered by their mothers, but the sons are on their own. This perversely is parallel to the way that money gets handled in a number of households that I know of where there is still both a husband and a wife. The husband’s salary is “their money” and the wife’s salary is “her money.” So women support other women, and themselves, but they do not support men, even their own flesh-and-blood sons. And today’s young men are suffering a great deal as a result of this perverse feminist-inspired approach.

It’s time to get out of our fantasies about women, especially all that stuff about the sanctity of motherhood. The venom of feminism has poisoned the well of family relations to such a degree that the malicious lies about men, and the cultural-endorsement of misandry that accompanies them, now often overpowers even the loyalty of a mother to her own son. I could have mentioned other real-world cases where I have seen this prioritization in action, but one example is probably sufficient. I leave it to the reader to come up with his own examples of this phenomenon in action.

Men — you’ve got to really get, let it into your bones — how shallow to non-existent the compassion for your plight is coming from modern American women. You’ve got to get how utterly deaf and disinterested women are about what’s happening to you — even your own mother. You’ve got to get how you’re strictly on your own. Homeless, alcoholic, suicidal, in jail due to false allegations of rape, victim of paternity fraud, destitute due to onerous child support, prosecuted for domestic violence perpetrated by the wife, suffering from PTSD as a result of military service, limbs blown off in combat, whatever — many women just aren’t interested, they just don’t care.

And older men — we urgently need you to better support the younger men, because if it’s not us old guys supporting the young guys, then nobody else is going to do it. Us older guys can start to help by telling the young guys the truth about what it’s like for men living under the tyranny of feminism.
