On occasion, I am asked to speak. I may know what I want to say, but have not a clue exactly how I will end up saying it. If I had it all written down first, I would probably say it with less emotion and stark articulation.

However, I am an emotional person that usually reacts to not only the subject at hand, but also the manner in which it is already being discussed. I don’t think this is a bad trait to have; insomuch as an undisciplined one. I have a feel for people. I am a people watcher, and have been for years and years. I know when I am going to be uncomfortable in a room, simply by observing the body language around me.

I am usually very uncomfortable around women. So if you see me speaking to a woman, it is usually in a professional capacity, or a condescending one. I mean no harm by it, but I have ‘a past’ that gives me an insight that many other women just do not understand. At times, I catch myself ‘dumbing down’ to some women that are just plain clueless. It puts me in a precarious position. And I don’t like myself much when I am doing it. It makes me want to give them a subliminal video reel of my life. Maybe then, they would understand some things. Maybe then, I would not have to speak at all.

This brings me to the issue of, and plights of; men. A topic I have been not only been ostracized for, but alienated by many women because of my passion connected to it. I have women in my family that no longer speak to me because I speak against ‘them’ simply because I advocate for men’s rights.

My active vocal position on the rights of men, has pissed off a lot of women. I aim to please (couldn’t help that one)…but would much rather enlighten.

The irony of all of this is, that I have not had many men as mentors in my family. There’s just a whole bunch of women in it. Luck of the draw, which I had absolutely nothing to do with. And the funny thing about that statistic, is that the men that don’t care for me on some websites seem to think I had something to do with my own personal genealogy….or early deaths of the men that came before me. My father passed away two years ago. My brother is currently ill. I lost the love of my life. I do not have many uncles, and my male cousins and half brothers (most of whom I have never met) live in other parts of the country. One cousin, was shot four times a couple of decades ago, survived, and now runs a program that helps over four hundred men ‘get back on their feet’. If only his mother had lived to see it. She would be so proud. But his father has, and I know he is proud, as am I.

I have said it before, and I will say it again; I don’t hate women. I just hate what they do to men. It is almost as simple as that. But behind its simplicity is a complex roller coaster of gender biased favoritism and prejudice. Women have outsmarted men. Feminism has influenced which way the wind blows when it comes to passing laws that give women the ultimate entitlement ‘loopholes’. Do you know why? I do. And it’s not pretty. As a matter of fact, it is almost prehistoric. Men still seek the approval of women. (Emotionally, physically, and politically) Men yearn for that validation that they are indeed men…through the women they think will punch that ticket for them. (Please see the clerk outside, and she will validate your parking for you)

I have voiced my views here many times with expletives that either grab you by the balls, or make you wish I did not speak at all. Either way, I have spoken my mind, and stand by my sometimes emotionally/grammatically flawed narrative…regardless.

But that does not mean I know it all. I still have much to learn. And the more I learn, the more I know I need to be here. I do pay attention. Now you need to make other women pay attention. Or you are doomed to stand in that very long line with so many others…. still waiting to get validated.

The unfortunate thing about that is…
There ain’t no free parking in any woman’s parking lot.
And they know it.

You know it.
