1. In divorce and separation the law has absolutely no tolerance for male anger, threats, or withholding of support. The law does very little to hinder typical female parental alienation, or withholding of access.

2. For women a comfortable lifestyle means money. For men it means sex, a well cared for home, and a good meal. After divorce women have the right to the support of their husbands so they don’t suffer a decrease in lifestyle. Men have no comparable guarantee.

3. Whether the wife fails to live up to the husband’s expectations for her to cook, clean, and provide sex (to him) and his only recourse is to divorce her or the husband fails to live up to the wife’s expectations and her only recourse is to divorce him, regardless of who broke the marriage contract he will have to pay.

4. If the husband worked hard so the wife didn’t have to work he will have to pay alimony. If the wife worked hard to put the husband through his education he will have to pay alimony.

5. Regardless of whatever the couple may have agreed to in getting married, a husband who wants children has no legal right to insist his wife have children, that she not abort his child, or that he even be informed she is aborting his child. If he doesn’t want children he has no legal right to avoid paying for them.

6. A mother can give a father’s child away for adoption and waive the father’s legal rights so he will never be able to even meet the child. A father can never waive his responsibility to support a child.

7. After divorce women can use alimony to go back to school and pursue their dreams. After divorce men are prohibited from going back to school and pursuing their dreams unless going to school doesn’t reduce alimony payments.

8. After some years of marriage, a woman will have to be supported for the rest of her life if she bails on the marriage.

9. If a man fathers a child he will have to pay child support. If a man avoids having children but acts like a father figure he may be liable for child support. If a man avoids having children and avoids acting like a father figure he may be named on a birth certificate without his knowledge, and even if he proves not to be the biological father, he may still have to pay child support.

10. If a man is named on a birth certificate and doesn’t get a paternity test before the statute of limitations runs out, he may have to pay child support until the child is eighteen regardless of the result of a subsequent test. If a woman lies about paternity and is caught, she doesn’t have to give back the money.

11. If a woman has sex with another man the husband can’t get a restraining order to stop her or to put her out of the house. If he comes home, finds another man in his bed and loses his temper she can get a restraining order to put HIM out.

12. The above woman’s behavior won’t be considered in the child access and custody or support determination because divorces are “no fault”. The above man’s behavior WILL be considered in the child access and custody or support determination because divorces are “no fault”.
