It seems to me like "male privilege" is, beyond reality and personal choice, a "wins-more" ability; that is, "male privilege" is an enhancement to affluent, but that's the only place wherein it applies. "Male privilege" is like a bonus patch bestowed upon those who are already succeeding, and let's be real, everyone is rewarded for success on some level.

Perhaps men are rewarded more, but that's going to be because of the legacy left by other men, and that means it's up to women to assert their own legacy. The worry of a worker leaving for six months, but still requiring a pay check, is a very fucked up situation for a new business, however simple or complex. Effectively, business isn't "against" women, but against those who wish for a work/life balance, against those who believe they can have it all, because in the real world no one can have everything (unless we cherry pick some goodness from the UK, which, while quite fallible, provides a decent base for human advancement).

Spoilers: American, but California, have fun with your stereotypes.
