That sort of reasoning is ultimately going to be the justfication for an increasingly two-tier justice system. Women's groups are already advocating to spare women from prison altogether, many developed countries have entirely different sex laws for males and femles, the next step will be to develop a differentiated legal framework with protection orders, child-friendly supervision, community detention (i.e. 'tagging') and rehabilitation for women, while fines and jailtime are reserved for men. I'm sure it will be quite easy to bring about under the banner of 'thinking about the children'.

Of course, just like in the other Australian case. In that case the judge also telegraphed the pussy pass before sentencing.

There is even more excuse in this case to free the perpetrator. If having sex with a 13 year old doesn't merit custody, it would hardly be fair to jail Kylie for having sex with a 15 year old, would it?
