The Child Support office in Arkansas is reviewing my case to see if my child support payments need to be raised based on my new income level. Is it worth getting an attorney for this at all? I know they like to tack on huge amounts of back child support all at once, which is ridiculous, and I guess an attorney could prevent them from lumping huge back child supports on me, but other than that I don't know what they can do for me and wonder if they are worth the money at all. Anyone have any advice?
