So I got engaged this summer but due to some problems in our relationship we got in a large fight and it looks like it's over. When talking over the phone, we were arguing about our sex life. See, when we first had sex I was 18 and she was 17. In the heat of the moment she mentioned something about I should be in jail for statutory rape. It must also be noted that my ex-girlfriend claimed I raped her when we got caught by my mother having sex when in fact I didn't. We were both 17 at the time of that incident.

Fast forward to the current argument and she said something about our sex life that I totally missed. I didn't answer and was about to ask her to repeat when she flew off the handle about me not denying it and something and hung up on me.

I live in the state of Oregon and my question is this: Am I legally in trouble here? The first rape claim is false for reasons that are explainable but not necessary, but what my former fiance said about statutory rape between an 18 and 17 year old is bothering me.
