There is a place where the government & law does not belong. Systems designed to handle property disputes being applied to human relationships.

The entire legal arena of DV & Rape has become absurd, relatively complex issues turned into a form of violence by proxy. The definitions of wrong doings being broadened to the point of distorting any chance of ethical handling of cases.

This may draw negative comments.. Study the intent, protocols & process of the law. This area which is supposed to be based on non-fallacious rational reason, rehabilitation & retribution proportional to the crime.. Has been turned into the last swipes by proxy FOR SOME WOMEN. That is occurring in sufficient numbers to warrant looking at the system.

I hear the feminists cry "rape is rape". I think they are applying way to much emotional reasoning to a process originally designed to be highly structured & analytical. I also think the Judeo-Christian morality at play puts far too much value on vagina.

There is also a boundary being crossed.. Mutually initiated intercourse is not rape without a fight (IMO) by the rape-ee. That is the only definition I can see that avoids this entire power game. Proving such occurred would necessitate immediate complaints, definitive hospital forensics etc. otherwise you are into a zone of bad sex & power struggles.

No issue with prosecuting random attackers (they represent a low percentage of rape as I understand).

The last paragraph was my own impression of Creepy BitterGrrl. Lots of emotionally charged words, little reason. Rape on the brain.
