Some back-story. My friend, his two other friends, and I all went to a house party over the weekend. Everyone at the party was really really really gone. My friend was very intoxicated and was making out with an equally intoxicated girl. Alright no-problems here, two consenting adults making out. Anyways, in plain view, on the living room couch, she starts to give him oral sex. He then stops her (like 5 minutes after it started), gets up off the couch, and goes to the bathroom. I was playing a video game on the tv like 20 ft away from this. The girl starts crying and says that my friend raped her (he's in the bathroom at this point). Me, and the other guy playing the video game just exchange confused stares. A few of us end up taking her to a bed show she can sober up. In the morning she was still convinced that my friend had raped her. The cops weren't called, but it was pretty heated. I don't know what to think of this, its a very awkward and damaging situation for both parties.
