my opinion:

answering too quickly, give it a little more time between texts.

don't ask her to come, tell her you're going and she can tag along. make sure you go anyway even if she isn't

that last text was un needed, after she declines say "ok" if she doesn't give you an alternative date, time to soft next

give it a week or two, make another plan, if she flakes, ghost

She's either busy, or she's losing interest because you're being too accommodating (asking her permission to take her out instead of telling her what you'll be doing). Stop talking to her and if she comes back be more assertive so that she sees you're outcome-independent.

1 never answer less than 15 +min apart 2 "I'm going to___ if you want to come" or something along those lines 3 don't text anything unimportant, "thanks" , "oh ok" Your time needs to at least seem valuable
