I have been In monk mode for about a year, lifting and dieting every day. Have a 6pack now, got a tan and bleached my teeth etc. been thriving in new higher SMV social circles I have recently got introduced to. Approaching women everyday because I am used to chatting up everyone naturally around town.

Anyways I have noticed that HB7-8+ are very receptive and the 9s too. They light up when they talk to me and I even make a lot of them nervous and anxious. But anything under a 6 are completely stuck up bitches and rude. Same thing with men, most high SMV men we hit it off like bros (unless they get ultra-competitive with me) but the lower SMV ones are rude, hostile body language (slamming stuff, fists, puff out chest, try to do an exaggerated alpha walk around me, hands on hips, small man syndrome stuff).

I understand the men part but not so much the women part. I always thought that lower SMV women love attention from high SMV men. Don’t get me wrong some low SMV women melt around me and hit on me but a large portion treat me like they’re above me in the SMV hierarchy. I’m talking about 50 year old hags and chubby 4/10 pre wall women, etc. they shit test off the wall too, but the pretty ones submit to me. Overall I get treated Way better by society so I’m not saying this is a bad thing but rather just a trend I have picked up on.
