Evidence of illicit and potentially criminal activities at one Title IV-D agency

Same with regards to parenting time

Evidence that the HHS-OIG has failed to investigate these issues in the past.

Please take the survey and leave a comment such as:

I urge the HHS-OIG to independently and objectively conduct and supervise audits and investigations (Inspector General Act) in response to evidence of illicit and potentially criminal activities of all HHS contractors including state Title IV-D agencies, and not to appear to rely exclusively on dubious and secretive agency self assessments, and which may contain merely whatever statements the agency wants the HHS-OIG to see.

I feel that relying on self assessments exclusively may fail to meet the statutory duties of the HHS Inspector General as outlined in the Inspector General Act, and may endanger innocent children and parents who may be victims of theft of child support, child custody fraud, tampering with witnesses, child support calculation fraud, obstructions of federal audits, conspiracy against rights, or federal felony gender discrimination.
