I can't find good info about this anywhere. Is it breaking frame to show displeasure at something a woman does or is it only breaking frame when you lose control?

A girl changed plans on me last second and it pissed me off, I wasn't sure how to react so I just tried to play it off cool even though on my face was a "really wtf" look. I wasn't sure if I should tell her I was pissed off or what I should do?

I looked through RP posts and some say its okay to show displeasure/anger/annoyance as long as you don't lose control. Others say not to. I'm not sure.
