So I am trying to shit where I eat but fuck scarcity is more dangerous to me at the moment.

Approached this girl a few days ago who has been eye fucking me for a while. We work in completely different departments so I do not see her often. The approach went well but did not N close because I just spaced it and she had to go.

I see her again today we hug and bullshit a bit and she is all smiles and giggles. I tell her to come see me when she gets off her shift and I will take lunch with her. She enthusiastically agrees.

She flakes and does not show.

I am thinking soft next and wait for her to initiate contact. Is this the right course of action or do you all have a better idea?
