We posted that fb exchange because we're just so sick of people telling men to do this or that, with no regard for a man's well being, mental health, or rights as parents. When it comes to men, people make it sound so easy, "just man up," and everything else will fall into place. But in real life it's not that easy. There is genuine anger and mental trauma, when a man is repeatedly denied the right to see his children. I know male anger is the scapegoat of every bad thing in this world, but anger and sadness are real emotions that are experienced by everyone, not just men. However, when a woman expresses anger over her mistreatment, she is hailed as a hero, and everyone rallies to support her; when a man express equitable anger at the same mistreatment, people just tell him to shut up and man up. And that's just not good enough when it comes to solving real problems. No one rallies around men, and no one offers men solutions to help ease their pain and suffering. Men can't even talk about their pains without being ridiculed. It's sad.
