She wasn't saying anything or moving and her eyes were closed most of the time but she never said No and there were some moments where she opened her eyes so I know she was awake.

I think your definition of "awake" (among other things) has some problems.

yep, yer done, unless you have a recording or witness's to the event and they can confirm she was willing, your fucked.

NEVER have sex with a slobbering drunk girl, hell even just a little drunk and they can use that against you.

No idea what you can do, maybe talk to people at the party to get statements on how slutty or promiscuous she was / is. But that is about it.
