Should I treat employers as women?

Do not plate your employer. Show up to the internship early, stay late, dress sharp, do not gossip or complain. Be a hard worker and you will get the spot.

Internships lead to 1 or 2 jobs a year out of X amount of interns. You can get that spot if you just try. Perform well. Eat well. Lift. Clean. Be the man. DO NOT show that you have options thats the best way to get nexted hard. I know so many times of people getting fired when the boss hears they have options, it's happened to me as well.

Always treat your direct supervisor with respect, and his supervisor. Your job is to make them look good. You make your supervisor look good by doing your job well and giving him the credit.

You were directed and trained by him, you make his job easier. Everyone else around you sure, treat them like you would a woman. None of them are really your friends, in fact, most the people you probably consider to be your friends are just acquaintances.

Unless you're some sort of outlier, employers will almost always have more "abundance mentality" than you. There are many more interns than banks, therefore, they get to be more choosy.

I am hoping they will offer me a full time position after the internship ends.

I don't want to work anywhere else, it's the perfect place to start my career.

You don't have an abundance mentality because it sounds like you're secretly hoping they bring you on after the internship. An abundance mentality would be "I don't know whether or not I should work with Bank A or Bank B, C, or D." If this doesn't pan out what are your other options?

There are no guarantees they'll hire you after the internship, but a few things you can do are:

Show up on time, don't complain, and be more of an asset than a liability. I'm guessing they'll be a bunch of stiffs working there, so you need to inject some (but not too much) form of excitement and curiosity.
Ignore any forms of credit. You're there to make the company/other people better. (You won't believe how many people fuck this up).
Show them that you can handle the day to day aspects of the job, but also that you can deal with the social and psychological side of things. You could be quite proficient at what you do, but if you're a pain to work with and bring unwanted drama, they'll waste no time giving you the boot.

You should do what is expected of you, kiss mild ass and get the fucking job. Then worry about everything else. Right now you get to see what it would be like to be employed there.

Not at all!!! During the interview phase having an abundance mentality will help you be more desired, but show loyalty once you’re hired.
