I think you can go to /r/OneY, /r/menshealth (though that seems dead), or /r/fitness depends on the type you're looking for. There's also /r/health.

For sexual health try /r/sex, for facial hair try /r/beards or /r/wicked_edge, and maybe try /r/oney for other things if you don't say any of your personal politics and keep it just to the facts.

And yeah, there's lots of fitness subreddits, but as far as I know not really any subreddit specifically for men's health that's active and useful.
