Found r/MensRights in the last half hour. After a few threads I threw my hands up in the air and said 'thank you'. I figure you didnt here that through your screen, so I'd post it.
In my university there are always campaigns which I feel discriminate against men. I've been called sexist for addresing these concerns over sexism, and I was beginning to think I was in the vast minority. It was, and is, agonizing to see events and campaigns in the name of equality that only address one side of the issue.
It honestly feels like a weight off my shoulders to see this subreddit. That's not some cheesy saying either, in a weird way I physically feel better now. Just one less piece of stress on my shoulders. I think I can be a bit happier now knowing that I'm not confronting these issues alone.
Theres not much else to this post. If you're reading this and you contribute to MR; thank you. You've made a difference.
