Cline, 48, had been the top assistant to former District Attorney Mike Nifong, who was removed from office and stripped of his law license in 2007 for falsely accusing three white Duke University lacrosse players of raping a black stripper in 2006.

Not sure how Ms Cline kept her job after the legal abuse she administered to Duke students in 2006.
