It seems to me that women find disagreement to be hostility. They'll find it very uncomfortable to be around anyone who disagrees with them. It seems that the best kind of environment for women are circlejerks. Now it's especially true for feminist women. They don't consider it to be just hostility, but a declaration of war.

How can we get women and feminist women to understand that disagreement doesn't mean we want to kill them?
