This most likely has nothing to do with askTRP but I want to know ever since I started reading this I've calmed down on my goofiness when I'm talking to people I know and started acting like how I do when I'm by myself so quite, to the point, and few words as possible. Now I know a lot of people who are older than me by some years 6+ at the lowest, never take advice from me or just seem to think they know than me in general about any subject matter. I play a lot of video games and even got scouted to play professionally but chose college instead why is it that I try to be helpful those older around me chose to distant themselves then straight up leave while those my age (18) tend to stay. Now the advice I'm talking about is towards the games.
