Heh, alleged cheapskate, eh. First of all this female hatches up a whole kidnapping plot just because she can't afford payments for her expensive car and wants more from a 'monthly allowance' in general out of her husband. Then she pays two men 700 dollars she got from her husband to do the deed. Yet her husband is the cheapskate. You have to love that kind of logic. It's like when women call the guy cheap because he won't pay for her on a date.

But wait, that's not all:

They have agreed to recommend an 11-month prison term, less than the approximately three-year guideline.

I guess since women can't be expected to keep a handle on their emotions like men can, being women and all, the law makes allowances for them.

That's fucked up. Gee... attempted fraud, attempted extortion... that should put someone away for a long, long time for her to think about what she'd done. Not to mention a lack of any further funds. If you abuse it, you should lose it.
