Good critique especially this part(my emphasis):

"This enquiry is a pertinent one to put to an author who attempts social history. If male sexuality is socially constructed, was it the same in the early modern period as it is today? The question does not seem to occur to Hester. Certainly, she seems to have detected no significant change during the early modern period, even though the construction of female sexuality was, she believes, transformed during the same epoch - by dominant males, of course. The causes of this supposed transformation are described in the sketchiest fashion. Quite why it should have suited men to 'reconstruct' women's sexuality in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries is never explained. The glaring failure to attempt any investigation of early modern male sexuality to match the badly flawed stereotype of its modern counterpart, or to explain why constructions of sexuality change over time tends only to confirm revolutionary feminism's inability or unwillingness to grapple with history (cf. p. 3)."

The woman literally believes penis in vagina sex is a social construct, not something that is required to propagate the fucking species. This is how out of touch with reality feminism really is, and lending them the air of legitimacy by giving their religion places in colleges and universities is a huge mistake.
