Hey guys, I could use your help finding an ally in Baltimore. More specifically, I want to give my mom someone to hire so she can stop worrying about her uncle. The story as far as she's told me is this:

My mom normally calls her Uncle in Baltimore to catch up on a weekly basis or so. Lately, she couldn't reach him, she called the university that he works (as a professor) at and learned that he's gone missing, but not before appearing for work weaker and weaker. She freaked out and contacted some lawyers (through the family, i doubt experts in mental health) and eventually found him at his house. His mother-in-law (of a mail-order-bride) answered and accused her of interfering with the family, etc. Mom reminded the woman that her daughter was tried for domestic abuse about a year ago and got off because Uncle B utilized his spousal privileges to dismiss claims. Mom mentioned that if she cannot speak to Uncle B, she will contact the authorities again. Uncle B eventually gets to the phone, slurring, deflecting offers for help, and unable to remember Mom's phone number after she repeated it multiple times. Mom's worried that her Uncle is being poisoned with psychotropic meds by his mail-order-bride who is a Psychiatric Nurse.

Drama-tastic, i know, but i've advised her to get a professional on the job so she doesn't have to get so involved/worry so much about it. If anyone has any good suggestions, i'd greatly appreciate them.

Tl:dr - looking for a detective/lawyer/social service worker in Baltimore to look into a potential case of a psychiatric nurse abusing her husband to a state of severe disassociation.
