The ACLU is not attacking men, and the men who are speaking out in support of the plaintiffs in this case are not white knights.

The lawsuit that the ACLU is speaking of is attacking Wal-Mart, and, assuming the allegations are true, for damned good reason.

seems like its actually a case of sex discrimination

not "the men are doing more work" but the reason they are working in the first place is different....

Of course I am basing this on the article, and when it has an aspect like this:

"And Joanne Jaso, a single mother in Bakersfield, California, reports that her store manager refused to consider her for a promotion to a job in electronics because the job was "a man's job" that required "a lot of heavy lifting.""

I think they may actually have a valid claim
