It seems, in Canada at least (though its not much different here in the US), that if are a man you should never touch a girl thats asleep; whether its your wife or your gf or your sister or anyone with a vagina.

Doing so gives them the power, at any time, to call the police and have you arrested for rape or sexual assault. Of course in the U.S. we have the violence against women act so it makes any crime against women even worse (like a hate crime).

So we will see if Canada is going to rule that kissing your wife at night is rape because its non-consensual sexual activity. awesome

this case shows how despicably retarded and feminazi controlled ontario's attorney general is. Feminazis testifying in court is the least of it.

This case should have been dismissed a long time ago, because the complainant recanted. She got pissed off about some unrelated matter with her bf, and went to the police. The crown/attorney-general believes, through sterotype, that when women recant stories, it is because they are being abused and pressured by overbearing men.

So, they are persecuting this family, in the basic sense of facism, for what is probably 3 years now for something where there is no acknowledged victim. If these pieces of shit get the supreme court ruling they want, it will be used to expand persecution of rape complaints where dates showed consent, but at some point after, felt like a rape complaint would be to their advantage.
